I received a written estimate the same day so I asked them to go ahead and order the parts needed for the repair. They were on it. I received a follow up call letting me know the parts were on order, some had come in and I was told I would be contacted as soon as the rest arrived. In no time I got that call. I took my truck in and dropped it off. Within 4 days the repairs were completed. I picked up my truck today and it looks like it just came off the showroom floor. Al and his crew did a fantastic job. The cost of the repairs were great. I hope I never need body work done on my truck again but if I do I will most definitely use Lynch Collision Center in Mt. Vernon.

I brought my Kia in for some work and on the way home something happened like always with these newer cars. They didn't lay blame or try to stick me with another huge bill they just wanted it to be right. They actually paid for part and labor on a sensor that failed right after a different repair. And stayed late on a Friday to do the repair. I have never had a shop do this it's always sorry bust out another thousand. Thank you for your patience and understanding. I highly recommend Blairsferry automotive for your auto needs. And the receptionist is the sweetest lady I've met. Just watch your mouth in her waiting room. Thanks again I don't know what I would have done without your help. God Bless

Such a pleasant experience from start to finish! I needed an oil change and was looking for a new…read morelocation. Yelp to the rescue. I found this place and headed on over after work. The outside and inside of this location is very clean and bright not like other dark and dirty service locations. I only needed to wait a short time for others in front of me to be serviced. Once I talked to someone we discussed different options available to me and I felt I was not being forced to pay for the higher priced oil. We discussed the differences and I was able to make an educated decision. The service time was reasonable for the oil change about 30-45 minutes as expected and less than I have waited in the past at other locations. And it allowed me to have a couple frosted beverages at 30 hop on the other side of the parking lot. :) When I returned shortly before my service was done I was the only one in the entrance. I was quickly & cheerfully greeted by the Service Manager Kevin and he apologized for not meeting me earlier because he was with another customer. He mentioned that he was finishing up some research into some of the concerns the technician found with my vehicle. He showed me pictures and later provided me with prices and service times for each item. I was provided with email receipts and future service items along with the inspection details of everything from tire pressure to air filter quality. I would feel comfortable recommending this location to anyone who has very limited automotive knowledge. I do not think they would take advantage of anyone. I will be coming back for all my automotive needs. Did I mention the large amount of treats they have for the customer? From Twizzlers to fresh brewed coffee! Yes!

I have had them service/work on, a Camaro, Camary, Explorer, Ram and Tacoma. I had taken my Tacoma to a popular tire place in Iowa City to have an alignment and tires mounted as I have a 3" lift on my truck, and they were willing to do it.(Archies could not due to the lift) Huge mistake! I left there with a light of low tire coming on. Took it back and they told me I needed a whole new computer panel(?)- the thing under the dash where they find what is wrong. I took it to Archies..false! I did NOT need a new item; they had loosened the wire in the back of that piece and all it needed was to be plugged back in! Unfortunately, my husband and I have had to utilize Quality Auto Body for a few different reasons in the last 10 years. Fortunately, Derek and the crew are hands down the kindest, most understanding, helpful, patient people around. They are great about answering questions and giving options for repairs. They are quick to schedule you (even when parts are hard to come by). While the supply chain issues are making it difficult to do their jobs, they are definitely providing the most courteous, professional custom service I could ever ask for.
