I became overwhelmed with the amount of laundry that piled up - including bath mats, comforters,…read moreblankets, etc. I looked up a few laundromats that had pick up service and I was able to speak to Mike directly. He was so friendly and picked up my 4 large bags of laundry within the hour! I got it back the very next day, all beautifully folded and smelling so clean! I am grateful to Mike and will definitely use his pick up service again. Don't hesitate to call him!

NEW OWNER, WATCH OUT!…read more I called and got Elio. Seemed nice, and the reviews here were good (Now I see most are old), so I had him pick up. He said "the driver, Mike" will call to arrange pick up. He called a few minutes later, I told him to knock/ring and I'll get him the bags. I brought two of the three bags out and popped back inside to grab a third. When I came back, the bags were gone. No knock/ring or "hey, can I take these?" Nothing, just gone. Then 2 minutes later I get a text from some other named laundry company, telling me I have to Venmo or Zelle him $48. WHAT???? He hadn't even had time to weigh the bags. I had spoken on the phone to TWO men. They said nothing of any of this. They were changing the terms of the agreement. I called Elio on the store phone line, or so I thought. He then told me he sold the company to Mike the driver, and deal with him. He said that he is just doing the laundry work for Mike, but it's Mike's company now. Then he told me he isn't in the store, or even in the state. I tell him I don't like deal being changed, and I don't have their payment methods, and to just bring the bags back. He told me I will have to PAY THEIR MINIMUM, $25 to get my clothing back!!!!! When I objected, he started mouthing off to me. I hung up and called the local Police, who sent a car over. They took care of it. The infractions were clear: - They took the bags without notice (not even all the bags I had) - They changed the agreement after the fact. - They tried to create an illegal bailment with my property. You can't make this stuff up!

I typically don't leave reviews, but I have to thank every single employee of this location. I…read moreused to go here because I worked in the area, but even when I moved to island park and then to lynbrook, I've continued to use them. They're extremely reliable, fairly priced, extremely friendly and open Sunday! So here is my thanks to the staff - Last year, I had to move twice in three weeks (fun stuff obviously). And with the return to the office coming up, I couldn't find any shirts. Despite a 30 (or 60) day hold, they held all of my clothes, and didn't charge me any extra. They carried my clothes out to my car for me as well.

I recently moved to the Hewlett area and decided to try this cleaner because a lot of locals…read morerecommended it. Unfortunately, my experience was terrible. I brought in eight brand-new dress shirts, all in perfect condition, and when I got them back, every single one had small holes/punctures near the bottom area. From what I could see, the damage appears to have come from the pins/clips used during the dry-cleaning process. What upset me most was not just the damage itself, but how the situation was handled. Instead of taking responsibility or trying to resolve the issue professionally, the owner immediately tried to blame me and implied the shirts already had the damage before I brought them in -- which is completely false. These were new shirts worth over $200 each. Mistakes can happen in any business, but customer service and accountability matter. A simple apology or attempt to make things right would have gone a long way. Instead, I was made to feel dismissed and blamed for their mistake. If you care about your higher-end clothing, I would strongly recommend being cautious before bringing items here. I'm extremely disappointed with both the quality of work and the way this situation was handled. The owner is not a man of his word, he gives backhanded remarks. He took offense when I called him brother as an expression, very petty person.
