Outstanding! It is incredibly rare to find a female masseuse that can apply enough pressure for me. Also, very personable!

I really wanted to experience this so I went in talked to the ladies in charge went home thought…read moreabout it then I remembered Groupon so there was a special so I called and they said "Oh yeah we can do that price" so the day I went in it was a totally different thing. They never told me that they had different size paddles if you will, not sure what they call em but when I confronted them about it they acted totally different so basically I felt I got cheated out of my hard working money & feel like they just pushed my concerns under the rug. So just be careful as I will never recommend this place to anyone I totally regret it. Do not let them do this to you, be careful and make sure they do what's discussed or promised such a rip off.... never again it makes me sad to feel ripped off. Yes they did the service but not for the Groupon price that was posted it just sucks!!! Unfortunately your response is NOT correct I was told at my check up that I did not need to come back "Oh yeah you look good so you don't have to come for the next appointment " so please don't say false statements I did not cancel!! I just know your not representing your self correctly that is all & it hurts me to tell this story but it's true sorry.

I am not sure how this is measured as that was not pointed out to me, only a photo comparison that looked very much like the beginning photo that was taken at the time I started the treatment. I walked away with the same spare tire and large abdomen that I started out with and a loss of my savings.

He was seen at the medical Eye Center in May and found that he needed cataract surgery. We needed to do that after the six month mark from the heart surgery. So we made an appointment in August one week after the six month mark. The morning of our appointment in August they called and canceled it because we need a clearance from the doctor. I don't know exactly why is it that we could not have been told this in May, June or July? Why so cavalierly waste our time over something that they knew ahead of time they needed? It's not respectful it's not efficient and it's definitely no way to treat people.

I'd had good…read moreresults in the past on other flares using a specific treatment where nothing else had helped. I saw PA Kelly Mead at the Annex at the Clinic. My experience proved to me I need to ask to see an actual doctor, not a Physicians Assistant. Kelly was not accommodating to my request for a specific treatment, telling me the effective treatment I'd had in the past wasn't an option for me due to thin skin, nor did she even think I had psoriasis, although she never took a biopsy to prove it. She made light of my symptoms and told me lots of "older women" have rashes like mine on their ankles that never heal (I had had several previous patches HEAL with the treatment I asked for). As I was about to leave she handed me 2 small sample tubes of a cream to try. She said, "If that cream helps you, good luck on getting insurance to pay for it!" I walked out feeling entirely defeated, frustrated and angry. I have never known a medical provider to be so unaccommodating and rude! The samples she gave me did nothing but made the plaques shed off, leaving a red, itchy blotch. It's been almost a year since I've seen her or anyone else for the problem, and my "rash" has spread and become much, much worse. If my skin was too thin for the treatment I asked for then, I can only imagine how it must be now. I'm afraid to see someone else after my visit to the Annex at the Clinic. If all dermatology 'professionals' here are like that one, I'm in big trouble.

The doctors are great--I have absolutely no complaints about them…read more My issue is with the billing department and front office staff. I was effectively dismissed from the practice because of a $45 copay that went unpaid for more than 90 days. When I called to schedule an appointment with my eye doctor, the front desk told me that my account had been sent to collections and that they could not--or would not--schedule me. I was told I was no longer allowed to be seen by the practice. For context, I had been a cash-pay patient for more than 10 years because I did not have health insurance. During that time, I paid thousands of dollars out of pocket for treatment of uveitis, an ongoing eye condition that is causing vision loss in my right eye. When I finally obtained insurance and used it for the first time, no one informed me that I had a $45 copay. The bill went unpaid for over 90 days, and apparently that was enough to have me sent to collections and dismissed as a patient. I contacted the billing department to resolve the issue. They could not tell me which collection agency had the debt, and they would not accept my $45 payment directly. Frustrated, I left $45 cash at the front desk and left. Two months later, while still experiencing a significant flare-up of my condition, I called again to schedule an appointment. I was told I still owed money, that my account had been sent to collections, and that I had been dismissed from the practice. There was no record of the $45 cash payment I had left. I can't help but wonder whether my doctor is aware that a long-time patient with a serious eye condition was turned away over a delinquent $45 copay, that was paid.

~CASH ONLY~~ Appointments STRONGLY Recommended…read more Foot Massage: 1/2 hour = $30 1 hour = $50 Body Massage: 1/2 hour = $40 1 hour = $60 Couldn't get in same day (called at 12noon on a weekday), so I made an appointment for the next day *yay* ONE woman runs the entire operation herself. Literally just her to answer the phone, greet walk-ins and the one actually doing the massage. So.... this means that while you are getting your massage (CASH - In Advance), don't be surprised when she takes multiple short breaks to answer the front door and/or take calls for appointments. The private room was spacious, dimly lit and had a space heater that kept the room a very comfortable temperature. Undress, lay face down and put a standard sized bath towel on yourself. Minutes later, a quick knock on the door and she gets to work. Not need for conversation, this lady clearly knows her stuff. It seems that she sought out all of the kinks and knots with fierce determination (think deep tissue /sports massage). This lady is tiny, but mighty. I had to go into my special place a couple of times to avoid crying; it needed to be done. Some men might get the wrong idea: Because she is so petite, she utilizes her elbow, knees, overhead ceiling bars and other techniques such as straddling your head (while face down) to really work out stubborn knots using leverage vs brute strength; IT WORKS! She has mad skills with that overhead bar. She has feet as small as hands and if I didn't feel a slight toenail for a split second, I wouldn't be able to tell the difference. As noted in other reviews: Yeah, she gets all up in there; like a job. I was slightly concerned that the icy hot applied to my neck may make it down into my butt crack, but nope. She is very skilled, super efficient and doesn't waste time with pleasantries. There are no "curtains" anywhere; WRONG PLACE - this place only has 2 private rooms for massage *smh*. She is a very busy professional and I admire her work ethic. Just a note: I tipped $15 (25%) because she was good, but cut the massage a little short (closer to 50-55 min), had multiple interruptions to answer the front door and phone. When I put the tip on the front desk, her English suddenly got a whole lot better, "you tip me $15? why not more? I did a good job for you." I said yeah, $60 for the 1-hour body massage and $15 dollar tip. She scoffed. Um ok. I didn't want to argue so I just thanked her and left. Kinda odd, but who knows what kind of day she was having, so I didn't take it personally. I would go back again. It would be heck of a lot better if she hired a receptionist. The constant interruptions for a late morning appointment on a weekday was a little much. I would describe the massage itself as a much needed deep tissue/sports massage for a very reasonable price *no frills - thumbs up* Noticed that she uses Aveeno lotion, a version of icy hot (sparingly).
