She boiled and pan fried 2/3 them, Gyoza style. By the time I came home, there were only 4pcs left. The kids devoured all but 4pcs. Proof is in the photo. Well, at least they left me some. The dumplings/Gyozas are very tasty and flavourful. The dough had that perfect chewyness. I think we have a new place for our Dim Sum supply needs. I can't wait to get more and try the other stuff.

Just ask for what you want, some items, they can break up the package, others they can't. If you have a big freezer and love seafood, the prices are very competitive and he is knowledgeable about Ocean Wise products and the quick flash method. Great place to stock up to prep for Chinese New Year Cooking. If you want any special items, call first to make sure they have it in stock before going there. I wanted to try the goat meat too, but we didn't have a lot of people for dinner that day so decided to come back another day. The two types of chicken that I cooked up at home were so flavorful, juicy and delicious. The chicken and sauces were freshly made so it probably made a huge difference too.
