The driver's GPS was apparently out so, rather than take the freeway, we wound up driving through downtown Fresno and having to wait for a very slow train. Driver seemed distracted and disoriented. I am now taking the following steps: 1. Filed a Fraud Report and Canceled my Credit Card with the Credit Card Company. 2. I Filed a Police Report. 3. I am now in process of notifying the State Attorney General's Office of UBER's Credit Card Fraud. 4. I am also in process of notifying the US Attorney General's Office of the Financial Fraud.
