Wife and wife's sisters kids as well. So far I have been here 2x. Both have been pretty nice experiences. Very little wait while in the room. Sometimes its a bit hard to call and say, hey I'm outside! Walk in, say hi, and they direct you into a room right away. There is a nurse with a thick accent that kind of annoyed my wife the first time that we were there. She really pushed breast over formula, and didn't let up until I forced the topic to change. Other than that, she did a nice job. She really made sure that we were taking care of our son properly. We saw a different doctor the first visit, then Dr. D. the second time. Both were very friendly. They have been there for years and are great doctors. Both were very patient and very nice. All in all, I do not have anything really bad to say about this place. If has friendly staff, clean rooms, and fast service. Great place for your son or daughter!

While at a well visit, I confirmed a prescription. Prescription was never sent in. I called the office the next day and was told they would talk to the doctor. Still nothing. Sent a message in the portal the next day after, and still no response. This was amongst a few other things that we had issues with in the past year, such as misdiagnosing bronchitis which urgent care did correctly. In this same time period, political emails were being sent out by the office which I'm attaching. I feel that the focus of the practice should be on quality health care. and unfortunately I don't think the quality is there anymore.

I was waiting roughly 40 minutes (which is fine I get it) but Idk why they left vomit dried out (vomit can contain bloodborne pathogens like HIV or Hepatitis and infectious viruses like norovirus) for other young patients to touch and come in contact and get sick from. Two days later he was admitted to the emergency room where he stayed for 3 days extremely sick with an upper respiratory virus similar to RSV. Will not be coming back. Could have been avoided if they had provided him with better care and taken his symptoms more seriously.

The new woman that is not a doctor at HMH called me personally to demand payment and the threatened to not fufuill my monthly medications. My insurance company just compensated (out of the blue) because High Mountain Health is over billing patients. The new owner of HMH should not be calling patients asking for payments - the owner should have no insight into my medical history or be calling patients to harass them for payment. I never had to wait more than 10 minutes to see him. Yes, the girl he has there now might not be the most outgoing person, but she is ok and I never had a problem with her. Dr. Pepe never overcharged me for anything and I never had to pay anything outside the copay. He is always thorough with the examination and does strep test right there. He also was the first doctor to diagnose my older son with allergies to cats when nobody else had and my son was sick for a few years. I recommend Dr. Pepe.

Dr Pepe is a great pediatrician. We have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to see him. If my son is sick they always see him the same day. I can't tell you how many times I've called on a Saturday morning because my son was sick and Dr Pepe said to bring him in. On a few occasions when my son was very sick Dr Pepe called us on the weekend to check in and see how he was doing. Not many drs would do that. He is very thorough. Even if we go in for something minor he always takes his time and does a complete review and explains everything. The receptionist is very nice and always pleasant. The story about extra charges for asking questions is just crazy. I always ask questions during all visits - including well visits - and there is no extra charge for it.
