We went Labor Day weekend it was a bit slow . But customer service was good . We did 2 flights and the rep explained all wines and was very knowledgeable . Quick walk around the property it was nice inside . Outside needs a little tlc but nice. I would revisit because the sparkling wines were great . We also got wafers that were amazing .

It was our first time going here. We went with a group of friends. My husband's friend is a member and wanted the rest of us to try out their sparkling wines. So we headed on over to do a little quick wine tasting. It's a a small cute intimate winery. It used to be a house but was converted into a winery. They have an outdoor seating area with tables. They also have tables inside. The only thing I didn't like is, it's small inside so you can hear everyone's conversation. Their wines are pretty good. My husband is not big on sparkling wines but he actually liked theirs. I forget the woman's name who served us but she was very friendly. She gave us a little background story about the winery and the wines. She also gave us a couple of suggestions on where to go next for our little wine tasting adventure. She told us to try out Jeremy Wine Co .....great suggestion! Off we went but before we headed out, everyone in our party bought a few bottles of wines! Their wines are very good.

In the past we've loved this place (and, really still do). Unfortunately today's experience was a disappointment. A group of us (12) came for a tasting. We all bought bottles. The tasting menu says the $15 tasting fee is waived with a purchase. When we all went up to pay, they then told us that since we were a party of more than 7, it wouldn't be waived. We are all disappointed that it was sprung on us at check out rather than communicated at the beginning. Most likely we won't come back

Hidden gem only reason why I came is for the bubbles wanted something different then wine . I wanted sparkling champagne and they did not disappoint. Would recommend !!! Karina our host was knowledgeable, friendly advised us to try the reserved and the sparkling tasting so we can taste them all she even provided us with a bonus tasting of their Zinfandel rose' which was my favorite! Interesting to see a barbera that was sparkling very dry but not something I'd prefer. The atmosphere is so chill would love to come back with my girlfriends or couples but it was also family/pet friendly! The $10 tasting was a tier of sweet champagne down the list it only gets sweeter! If you like more dry not sweet the reserve is more your pallet!

On this hot Spring day, the wifey & I decided to go wine tasting. On this day we (she) decided on LVVR Sparkling Cellars. This was my 1st time tasting at a sparkling winery. The environment was very charming. A 1970s residence with wood walls, brick fireplace, orange velvet chairs, & even a lava lamp. The property is full of photo friendly spaces (for you millennials ). The server Karina was awesome! She was very interactive, knowledgeable, & had a above average knowledge of Champagne, France. We tried both tasting menus & shared them. The prices we $15 & $10 for 4 different champagnes. A fun fact: the roses on the property look & smell amazing! Definitely recommend this place

Cool spot to go and try sparkling wine. We tried all five of their selection and the host was very knowledgeable on the sparkling wine process. The tasting fee was $5 and the pits were nice and hearty. The tasting room is very quaint and not ideal for large groups. They do however have outdoor seating with shade available as well. Will definitely return.

Great sparkling wine. My mom and I had a lovely experience at this family owned vineyard. We both tried had the flight tasting. I tried the reserved snd my mom had the standard flight. Both are paird with cheese. I recommend checking itnout if you like sparkling wine/champagne.

LVVR Sparkling Cellars surprised me in many ways. I found them searching the area for new wineries, and their very unique tasting room is part of the new winery complex on Locke Road just outside of Lockeford. LVVR is behind the main building on the far right side as exiting the main building. The tasting room is built in the old boiler room of the former industrial facility. LVVR cut away the boiler tubes and installed some great upgrades for a highly unique setting to sample their wine. The room is rather small and dark which may be an issue for some, and the room can also get quickly packed. On my visit, the bar was packed, but the staff were great in walking over to me for a generous tasting. The winery specializes in sparkling wine with true méthode champenoise styles. I was a big fan of the standard brut with a delicate flavor and great balance similar to other premium California sparking wines. LVVR also has sweeter styles including rose and demi-sec which are also good. It would be easy to give LVVR five stars for the facility, but they back it up with excellent sparking wine. Now is the time to get on the bandwagon before everyone is raving about LVVR. This is a truly great find in an unlikely spot with an excellent combination of great wine and an awesome location. Everyone left happy and excited and you will too.

Nice place to visit. They perform their own sparking technique, wine is not sent out for the process. Very informative staff. Really cool pouring room in cut away boiler room from by-gone era. And the fabulous wines. All tasted are top notch. A lot of love and strategy goes into making the wine.

They poured so many wines. We joined our party a little late and were playing ketchup. She was great about describing all of the wines to us again, even though she had just been through the spiel. The regular zins and cabs all had a common denominator. They carried a very heavy port smell but delivered a very balanced taste. I kept expecting them to be sweet or syrupy but neither of those characteristics ever came forth. Their Dolcetto, knocked my socks off. I took a sip and knew that was going straight onto my favorite rack. Then she mentioned that it had won double golds and I can taste why! The Monte Pulciano was very smooth and enjoyable. The Late Harvest Zin was another one that I couldn't resist. Very rich and velvety but not so overpowering that you have to treat it like a port. When I say that, I mean have just a small glass with dessert because it's too rich to drink more. Pschaa. No thanks. This Late Harvest is perrfect and I know I could knock back many a glass. Volt from the Blue Port is so unique! I would have brought home a bottle of that too but she was temporarily out of stock. It carries a blue hue that I have never seen in a wine and just the slightest hint of blueberry in the taste. The Zin Port Dessert wine was the heavy syrupy sweet that I kept excepting to taste after smelling the zins & cabs. Too much for me but I'm sure some people would love it. I can't believe this is a young winery! I would have never known. Like they say, when you got it - you got it. Watts gots it.

I had driven by many times and it seemed like an appointment only place but I guess now they have enough staffing to open up the hours and days of the week. First, their reputation has always been very good. They've had some recognition from some reputable wine sources so I had very high expectations for the wine. In, short, the wines were very good. They had a nice selection from rose to the more Lodi styled red wines. I really did enjoy all the wines and the price point seems fair. I guess I was kinda hoping to meet the winemaker, learn more about their vineyards and purpose for growing certain varietals. When you get wine with a story it makes the experience that much more enjoyable. I really like this place and I'm hoping to make a stronger connection with the business since I consider myself an advocate for Lodi wines since my hobby is to compare our wines with the best out in the other regions of CA. Pretty heavy competition but so far Lodi is more than able to compete with certain types of wines aka Zinfandel, Tempranillo, Syrah and occasionally Cabernet.
