I believe this company is a scam and I was taken advantage of. My boyfriend called shortly after repeating everything I had just said and they immediately said they'd reverse the charges. How would I rate the service from ADT local office/staff and ADT customer service on phone/tech support its like anywhere else when something goes wrong they help you fix it if not over the phone they'll send a technician from the local ADT office to diagnose and fix the issue or replace it. Then, just to check the response time for a call from ADT, I tripped the alarm to our house. It took someone from ADT 12 minutes to call. When I answered, the lady from ADT asked, "Are you okay?" I said, "Yes" in a shaky voice. She said, "Okay, have a good night." and hung up. She did not ask for a password or any follow up questions to make sure I was okay. The ADT representative that responds to an alarm is at least supposed to ask for a password. So, what you can do to make my "experience better" is actually do what all of your commercials with Vin Rhames touted so boldly "I'm ADT and I'm ALWAYS there!"
