I've given this salon two opportunities to gain my repeat business and after the second visit I can…read moresay they lost it. I have a pedicure and manicure done every other week. Both times the $65 dollar pedicure has not included the massage, they just skip it or like today left my service with paraffin on my feet and scrub on my legs to do another full set of nails. She did not massage my feet and no oils put on my feet. Another man came over and wiped the scrub off my legs and removed paraffin and left them like that. Ive had to ask to smooth my heels and still walk out with rough feet. The man did my manicure my nails were crooked and I left with polish on my skin. I had to ask him to straighten my nails before he polished and the shape is off. I'm not one to complain so I'll just take my business elsewhere.

I did so and spoke with him directly. During our conversation, he confirmed that the salon does not offer soak-off nail removal services. While I respect that every salon has the right to operate according to its own policies, that approach does not align with my expectations for safe nail removal and the health of my natural nails. We simply disagreed on what constitutes proper nail care. What is particularly disappointing is that after our conversation, the owner's public response to my review appears to have been removed. Customers deserve transparency, especially when a business publicly acknowledges a concern and then later removes that acknowledgment. I appreciate that the owner initially reached out, but the conversation did not address my concerns, and my experience remains unchanged. For that reason, I stand by my review and my decision not to return.

Small, quaint little nail shop…read more I had an appointment for 1130, however Michael was still working with someone else when I arrived so I had to wait. At 1150 his colleague started filing my nails, and then I had to wait a little longer for him to finish his previous client. It was a little after 12 when he finally had me seated. He was very thorough and meticulous with my nails, and asked me a few times if the progress, shape, color, etc was ok. He nicked one of my cuticles and it bled a tiny bit, that part was unfortunate. After all was complete I walked out at about 1:30. Overall he did a great job, I do love the after results minus the sore cuticle. If you have the time to spare then I recommend giving it a shot.

Within 2 days of having this set my nail broke off and I was just opening my car door, another finger on my right hand broke from putting on my shoe, the third finger broke when I accidentally hit my hand on the door at work, and the last nail broke cause I grabbed my keys. I kept having to go back to the salon to get the nails fixed, but by the time the fourth nail broke I just soaked the nails in pure acetone and took off the set. I called the next day to ask for a refund and because it was the third week regardless of all the nail breaking they wouldn't give me a refund. They offered to give me new set, but I would still have to pay $45 and that's not even for another chrome set. I don't think that's fair considering the nails only lasted 2 days until that first nail broke on my car door. I usually don't have any problems, but having to pay for a new set is ridiculous considering I had 4 nails break on different fingers and doing things that aren't even heavyweight. And it also is upsetting because the nail Tech did do a great job on the chrome and shape.
