I have gone to the Audiologist Jolanta Pecora of this ENT Office her work was done very poorly…read more because she refused to take the time to listen to what I had to say, the programing of my hearing aides needed to be adjusted and the quality of them was that they broke down after wear for 1 month. The diagnosis from the test for the aides was incorrect . Aides that should have been function able for my busy lifestyle, were not . After noticing this Audiologist did not wash her hands after being with a previous client , I ended up getting an ear infection numerous of times after seeing her and her handling my aides , her refusal to complete the job because I called Starkey and they rec commended that she call them because of this issue is not only unprofessional and the incomplete job that she performed created a nightmare and created my life to become unmanageable in so many ways I lost my jobs because I could not hear where the alarm was coming from In the home . I am a CNA and a Home Maker and Companion all I ever wanted was for some understanding and someone to listen to the issues I needed to be resolved with these aids-This Audiologists is not the one to see because she will not and cannot work with strong minded clients I do not want to give her any Stars but it demands I do. Everyone there is so much better Services out there .

We had an appointment that I missed bc I woke up late, I called to see if they would still see us unfortunately the Dr. Was tightly booked but I was able to get an appointment with the APRN (his nurse-Debi) just a few hours later she was attentive kind concerned and explained everything, that my son who's 17 is going thru bc of his ear infections. A condition he has had since birth. This is our 1st time with this Dr. And wished we had him years ago. He was given a hearing test, Ears checked through a microscope and that's how this visit was everything for me felt like it was done using a microscope. I'd also like to mention Terry the nurse she was the exact same way with my son. Concerned and patient in talking with us. I know there's not a better Dr. Specialist office out there! If you are lucky to have an appointment with them u will understand why I praise these 2 ladies the way I have.

So I paid two co pays to get earwax out of my ears. My insurance company , connecticut cross blue shield then informed me that the audiologist who performed the hearing test , was not in my preferred doctor list. Now , I know it's not their job to find out if i'm covered but I did present them with an insurance card before I got service. As far as I know and has always been my experience in the past, I pay my copay and that's it. Two or three weeks or perhaps a little longer , I received another bill. I just called the billing Department , and they couldn't be bothered to answer my call. The phone answers Billing Department and that's it. With a deal like that , I have zero confidence in this business.

Entered and there was an annoyed woman that had been waiting for 30 minutes or so, so in my head I'm expecting to take my pretty time with these forms. I take the papers, pay the copay, then take a seat... 2 lines in they call me in. I go sit with the first assistant (pretty friendly) to go over some details and she leaves, saying the doctor will be in a bit. Naturally I expect some extended waiting to finish my forms, get to the second page and doctor comes in with his assistant. At this point I accept that I'm not going to be able to finish these until after the appointment. The doctor does his bit and quietly mumbles an array of details about my nose, throat, and ears that I'm assuming his assistant is jotting down. Then he videos my nose and what not to observe, basically walking me through a million things going on. He basically used ENT wizardry to wrap this appointment in about 20-25 minutes and gives me a break down of everything needed to help. Incredible, friendly, HYPER-TIMELY experience. I would strongly recommend.

She was very rude and spoke with an attitude immediately from the get-go, and I was just calling back to go over my paperwork before my appointment. When I was trying to figure out where the link to my paperwork was she kept acting like I was stupid, but the link was on my girlfriends phone, so I had no idea what she was talking about. Instead of giving me the number the link was sent to, she just kept saying it was already sent, with an attitude of course, and then was super annoyed when I had no idea what she was talking about. And my girlfriend had cancelled her appointment and I kept mine but she still got both texts as if it wasn't cancelled... and when I called she said I denied the appointment but it was hers she denied.......... Like I don't want to do the zoom meeting either but I'm trying to take care of my health issues. And then the zoom meeting didn't even work, and I called back and she said the doctor was waiting for 20 minutes and was EXTREMELY rude again! Like how the fuck am I supposed to know that?! I'm in the call waiting too. And I had to wait for 30 minutes before even finding out that it wasn't working. I just said forget it, cancel my appointment and I will go elsewhere. I don't want to give my money to them if that's how they treat their clients. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
