UNTIL it was time for Dr Wasko. The Dr seemingly had just seconds for me and literally RAN from the room as I tried to ask questions regarding her proposed treatment plan and timeline. I asked her to please stay and help me understand my options through tears, she outright ignored me and FLED. She showed no interest, compassion or any semblance of patient care. The hygenist was great again. She got me back in the chair to finish the cleaning I no longer felt comfortable having. The hygenist apologized as I begged to know what I had done to make Dr Wasko act like that toward me, assuring me I was not at fault. The receptionists claim there has never been a complaint regarding Dr Wasko. I understand everyone has bad days, but an "excuse me, I have an emergency to attend to and can't answer your question right now" OR ANYTHING like that, would have me still planning to hand your business thousands of dollars over the coming months. Instead, I have sought care elsewhere and will receive it next week, instead off waiting the months Dr Wasko claimed were necessary without explanation.

Had been a patient of Dr Sanford's for years. And was always pleased. I had the need for a dental…read morecrown. From the day it was put in, until the day it fell out on its own, it caused pain, gum swelling and intermittent migraines. I returned to Dr Sanford for 4 additional visits with the same concerns and reported pain. On the 4th visit Dr. Sanford was visibly angry and very aggressive in his approach in examining the crown and overall area in question. He was also insistent the crown work had been completed 5 years prior and vehemently disagreed with my statement of 4 months until he found the date in my medical records. After 4 visits with no visible progress made, and now having a frustrated doctor taking it out on me, I choose another dental group to reinstall a proper fitting crown. It, along with several other crowns that I have had for many years are working great! Between Dr. Sanford's inability or interest to make the appropriate corrections and his highly unprofessional behavior, I requested a return of payment. He wrote a letter placing responsibility on me, the patient, for the dental issues. He refused to reimburse but instead advised me to come in again to see what could be done. Candidly, when I have an issue with my car, I do not give the mechanics 4 chances to get it right. Why would I have a lower standard for my own personal dental health? The service provided was sub-par at best. At the very least, a refund should be made. Simply a dreadful experience!

I had a 5pm appointment; checking in was easy. I filled out some documents electronically prior to the appointment; a few more had to be filled out in person. I waited about 20 minutes to see someone. They told me that the initial appointment will be a bit longer due to me being a new patient. The dental assistant was nice, she took pictures of my teeth. Then I was introduced to the friendly Dr. Frederickson; we had a discussion about my teeth health and what to expect. The Dental Hygienist, Monique was very personable; took my X-rays and initiated my teeth cleaning. I booked another appointment a month out to get a filling on a cavity. The second appointment, was great. The whole appointment took about 20 minutes. I had a small cavity filled. The Dentist was very professional and had amazing bed side manner; she walked through every step that was happening. The whole process was easy and painless. Overall, A+ experience and highly recommend.

I received a card in the mail to try this place. I had what I think is broken tooth so I called…read morethem. The first receptionist was great. She listened to me and told me I had to have an X ray. I told here I did not want one. "Why can't I be examined first to see if they can see what's wrong before they shoot me first with radiation? After all it's a 50/50 thing with X rays...they might not be able to see the crack." She said we could just X ray the single tooth. I figured I could negotiate a "look first to see if you see the crack then X ray it later" approach. SO I scheduled my appointment. Then I received a call back from a woman who had to question me all over again about why I was coming. I told her I didn't want an X ray and then she got all up in my face and was so RUDE...she said, "The tech WILL BE TAKING AN X RAY FIRST THING." WOW.....I am not going to spend my dollars at a place where the staff thinks they can bark out orders about what is going to happen! Didn't she get the memo that X rays are toxic and the radiation builds up in the body so that after having a lifetime of X rays you are playing with dangerous fire....and yes it is true. I think if a patient doesn't want X rays you shouldn't shove it down their throat. So I told her, "I don't like your attitude so I'm canceling." I hung up on her. If you want my business you should listen to what I'm saying. The medical profession is too quick to shoot you with toxic drugs and make you sick. What they are really saying is that they haven't developed their ability to properly be able to read the body and listen to their patients. Oh well they lose.
