He was there 20 mins if not earlier when we needed our rides. We got picked up at our home and dropped off right in the city. Eshan was back the day promptly at our hotel and took us to little Italy for dinner, waited for us to be done, then back home to the Scranton area. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Your told one thing by the person taking the calls and another by the owner. You took the money with no problem but to get a full refund you suddenly have "policies".

Upon discharge the hospital made transportation arrangements. They don't use private transport I was told. I reached out to Touch of Kindness 3 times for a refund of $143 for which I was told would be no problem. They refunded $93 . When I called to ask about the other $50 I was told it was the deductible. I told the person on the phone to have the owner call me which didn't happen. At no time was I told I would not receive a full refund. For this reason I would not recommend this company. They performed no service and charged a 92 year old man for this.

We were picked up in Easton PA for a night on the town in New Jersey. Jimmy arrived on time was very personable ; he even took pictures of our guest on board and showed us where to aim for the best pictures. He was also considerate/patient when we had to stop to pick up additional guest, which proved a little difficult for parking. upon our return to PA we had a half an hour left of our assigned time and Jimmy drove us through Easton so that we would be able to spend a little extra time together. Everyone had an absolutely fantastic time and it is without a doubt we will be using Elite Rides Limo services again. The evening was a five star for all of us!

Cynthia at the Scranton location cost my mother $200 in Lyft costs because she chose to be…read moreuntrustworthy. One of my mother's travel bags was left on the bus coming from Philadelphia to Allentown, due to the bus driver detaching her two travel bags. A nice gentleman at the Scranton location named Mike retrieved her bag and put it away. He left detailed instructions for Cynthia to put the travel bag on the first bus the next morning, heading out of their location and to Allentown. My mother and I were to meet the bus and grab the bag. He also asked that Cynthia give us a call to let us know that the bag was on the bus and heading to the Allentown location. When we did not receive a call from Cynthia, we called her regarding the bag. As soon as my mother told her who she was, Cynthia disconnected the call. When we called back, Cynthia claimed that there was an issue with the phone and commenced to lie about why she didn't put the travel bag on the bus. She claimed to not know what was going on even after reading the instructions that were left for her by Mike. She claimed to have plans on calling but never called. She claimed to be in the middle of figuring out what she needed to do. She told my mother that she had to wait until the next day to get her bag. Cynthia clearly tried to hold the bag at her location an additional day. I'm sure she had plans on going through the bag and stealing something because she went out of her way to ensure the bag did get on the bus. We had to take a Lyft an hour away to get the travel bag. This company is horrible, so Cynthia will likely not be reprimanded for her shady behavior.
