Then the owner said it was fees charged by the credit card company. So here we have a 92 year old veteran that through not fault of his own was rushed to the hospital the night before his transport and has been denied $50 of his $143 payment. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Your told one thing by the person taking the calls and another by the owner. You took the money with no problem but to get a full refund you suddenly have "policies".

I got to my destination n ask him how much I owed him. He said 80 dollars !! I was stunned. He didnt show me the meter. I even said to him that was high no response. I got in and calked dispatcher I told her I was curious as to what the meter said , she said 50 dollars 80 cents. I said really!! I was pissedn very upset. Im a generous woman I love to tip. I ended up giving him a totally if 110.00. Up until as im making this review. I've had no feed bk. No response n nothing else has been said or no one has addressed me !! Yes, I was upset AND im still upset. I've been treated unfairly n when it comes to my money i dont appreciate someone stealing from me !! This is not fair . From the moment I called to reserve a limo for my son's Senior Prom, the service I received was…read morenothing less than spectacular. The communication on time and address for pick up was great. They reached out the day before to confirm the details and give me the name of our driver. Mike, our drive was not only on time, he was a few minutes early. He gave me and my wife a full brief of the limo, showed us around, and verified when and where our son was supposed to be dropped off. When he got over to my son's date's house, he took her little brother and sister for a short ride while she finished getting ready. Once the kids left, he took them to a local park and took pictures for us. Mike got them to the school right on time and even offered to take my wife and I around for 30 minutes since we still had time left. I can't say enough how much we appreciate the service and the driver we got. Elite Rides will be our first choice whenever we need a limo service.

My husband and son were able to go to bus and get our belongings and Mike the nice bus driver helped us with getting a ride back on later bus! Thank you Mike! Also, the later bus we took was amazing. Sergio took amazing care of us. Even though we had some major traffic on way back, he and the bus driver remained calm and professional at all times! The bus driver was new and Sergio did an excellent job training him on this journey back to wb mall.
