On the other hand, if she feels that a visit with a specialist is needed she doesn't hesitate to make a referral. I've never been kept waiting more than a few minutes past my scheduled appt time and have never felt like I was rushed or didn't have time to ask any questions I had. She in fact spent at least an extra 45 minutes with me at one recent visit - I was much sicker than I realized and she recognized right away that I needed to be transferred to the ER. She made all the necessary calls, and kept an eye on my condition until the paramedics arrived. During 3rd appt, she discussed results of bloodwork, wrote a couple of scripts. Asked about falls, and my concerns. I specifically mentioned multiple falls, at least obe of which was caused by knee issue. She blew that off. Never even looked at knee. I complained of recurring chest pain and a previously diagnosed mitral valve issue. That too was blown off. She pursued her agenda. Mammogram and bone density appts. Im sorry, they need to address MY agenda first. Crowning touch was they offered to send their driver and van to assist me with transporting my husband who is unable to walk or stand & in a wheelchair. They assured me their driver was able to help. Their new driver, a young woman, informed me she was only required to drive, curb to curb and would not assist with transfers. Not impressed.

The person who whitened our teeth was Donna. Donna was everything I didn't expect. She went above and beyond to impress us with her expertise. They shove a device in your mouth that makes you drool and lets the machine shine a bright blue light on your teeth. Also, the stuff they use to whiten your teeth is all ORGANIC?! You can swallow the chemicals it's all natural. I was impressed. After Donna finished me up I was surprised how well it worked. My teeth were whitened multiple shades. I was so impressed I come back every 3 months. I highly recommend this. Now if you are reading this and want some pointers... Bring a fully charged phone. Bring headphones to listen to music and/or reading material. Make sure you are hydrated before hand. Buy the kit they offer afterwards to PROTECT your new shine. This place is so worthy of a 5-star review! This place compares your teeth on a 'scale' of white to…read moregross, to see where you rank before your session. And then they compare it afterwards so you can see the difference. Each session is 20 minutes long and they do a few sessions in a row (make sure you bring headphones or it can get boring). If you can, ASK FOR DONNA! She's amazing! They rotate working at kiosks in the area, so try to schedule it with her when she's here. She puts in the extra time to make sure your teeth are whitened, and whitened properly. Key word is 'properly'. I've heard (and seen) that some of the other girls do a quick job, resulting in splotchy whitening. Each person gets a tube of extra deep whitening gel to use under the laser for the session, and she tries to use it all (most people don't) so you get your money's worth! She's so personable and sweet and hilarious, I just LOVE her! Depending on how long you whiten your teeth for, it can result in some sensitivity, especially on the gums. But she gives you a bell to ring in case you're a big baby and need her to fix whatever's hurting your mouth. You may end up with some white pockets on your gums because the bleach dries them out, but if you drink enough water it hydrates them again and they'll go away. The worse your teeth are, the more sessions you'll have to do (obviously) before your teeth look the way you want. Also, make sure to buy the tooth kit afterwards. It comes with trays to form to your teeth, and a syringe of gel to put in the trays at home for about 30 minutes each time. It's a nice way to keep your teeth touched up and purrty. You can buy gift certificates too (usually better because you get a good deal) and you can use them whenever you want. I love the way my teeth turned out!
