The walls don't go all the way up to the ceiling, so You can hear noise throughout the Spa, phones ringing, people talking etc. It doesn't take away from the massage or services, but I am just accustomed to a more spa-like environment. However, I would trade the "spa-like" environment for the quality of service that Alfa gives any day. And further most of the time, prices are inflated and the service is lousy at these high-end salons.
