The medical assistant Yoseli has helped me every time to get comfortable in the treatment room and has asked me about all my concerns with compassion and patience. She has a great smile that would brighten anyone's day! I have been helped by almost everyone here, and every single person has been awesome. I came one day for a Diamond Glow facial and was helped by Vanessa. She's so kind, and really takes the time to help you figure out what your concerns are and how to accomplish your goals. The facial was so relaxing, and she makes the environment calming and safe, I almost fell asleep! For all of my actives and injections, I see Jessica. Jessica will forever be my go-to person. Since she's a nurse practitioner, not only does she have the knowledge about everything skin related and medical, but she has that compassion that is ingrained in all nurses. She has transformed me, it is absolutely shocking the difference she has made in me. Not only has she helped me achieve my skin goals, but she has also helped instill in me the confidence that I have been chasing for years in myself. Every single person here has helped transform me into the most beautiful version of myself, and I am forever grateful to all of the staff here. It actually wasn't until I wrote this review when I saw my before and after pictures that I really saw what a difference the products and care have done for me. I have been through it. Hair loss, hyperpigmentation, skin redness, wrinkles, irritation... you name it. For three days called credit to dispute charge, honor gift cards stated only option is to dispute charges. No one at Ulta was helpful and the 100.00 charge remains on my card. Rather than get on the phone and help to resolve this store told me it was my problem. My daughter and i spend a lot money at Ulta, we are now Sephora patrons because of the lack of common decency of Ulta. I spent 4.5 hours of my cell phone usage and Ulta would not help at all their problem of failing to load my money onto their giftcard.
