I showed Stephanie the pictures of what I wanted my hair length to look like and she asked me questions to ensure that I was 100% sure it was what I wanted, which I really appreciate because it shows how professional she is. When I was unsure about certain things, she gave me reassurance and suggestions, along with honest feedback. Stephanie was extremely down-to-earth and easy to talk to throughout the entire process. A cut and a wash generally runs at $17, but I needed a miracle to deal with the bird's nest on my head and so it was about $25 for me, not including a tip, which I thought was fair. Nonetheless, she did an amazing job and I really love the outcome! I like long hair and I miss mine already, but I'm excited to style it differently. I cannot wait to go back for my balayage!

I said fine. Then a she said but you really wanted your whole head. So let's do it! I told her my hair does not take bleach well but she didn't listen.
