During my second visit, the start of my manicure felt a bit rushed, likely because an appointment was about to come in. It wasn't the tech's fault, but I would've preferred to wait from the beginning. I was then seated in the massage chairs until the next available tech, which I understood given how busy it was for a Friday. Once they were ready, both services were done with care. The pedicure and manicure techs really took their time. I'll continue coming back and making this my regular spot. It's clean, looks newer, is reasonably priced, and overall a solid experience.

At least the other nail tech lady never missed a beat with her client's pedicure but mine was half-assed. Perhaps this nail tech lady should pay more attention to the client in the chair than whatever personal business she had to take care of during my pampering time. Not to mention they wouldn't accept one of my gift certificates because it had expired. Sorry that I'm so busy that I couldn't take time to pamper myself. I will not be returning. There are plenty of other nail salons who will make my pampering time a priority.
