0/5 I went to Luxury Nails for the first time yesterday (10/03/2025) and had a very disappointing experience. I asked for square nails, but the nail tech began with almond-shaped nails instead. When I noticed three of my nails were crooked, I addressed it right away. Instead of fixing the mistake, she yanked my arm aggressively and continued doing what I had specifically told her not to do. After sitting there for over two hours, I brought my concerns to the manager. Rather than making it right, he refused to offer even a partial discount and only suggested fixing the nails -- which I didn't have time for since I had to leave for work. This level of service was unacceptable. I spent my hard-earned money expecting professionalism and quality, but I received the opposite. I do not recommend this salon. read more

During my visit to Cordova Mall, I decided to stop by Luxury Nail Bar for a simple manicure and pedicure. Initially, I was attended to by an elderly woman who kindly seated me and prepared the water for my pedicure. However, she later switched me to the youngest nail technician to actually perform the services. As someone who has had previous experiences with younger nail technicians rushing and cutting corners, I was apprehensive. However, I decided to give this young lady a chance and went along with it. The technician greeted me politely but soon became quite aggressive with my nails. She hurriedly cut my toenails and quickly sanded my feet with rushed movements. I timed the pedicure and it lasted only fourteen minutes. Throughout the process, she aggressively tapped my feet during each transition, seemingly unaware of the lack of care for my cuticles. Instead, she forcefully pushed the device onto each nail bed. Despite feeling discomfort, I tried to endure the experience without causing a scene and looked forward to the next step. Unfortunately, the rushed service continued during the manicure. Despite my repeated requests to slow down, she simply nodded in response but continued to work at a fast pace. As I had anticipated, she eventually cut too much of one of my cuticles and accidentally removed a large chunk of skin from the side of my nail bed. Realizing her mistake, she quickly applied an excessive amount of glue to cover it up and apologized before finally slowing down. At this point, I was extremely frustrated and angry. My finger was pulsating with pain and bleeding, and she continued to pour antiseptic glue meant for delicate areas. The entire manicure took only twelve and a half minutes, making it one of the shortest appointments for both a manicure and pedicure that I have ever had. It was far from relaxing, with rushed and poor service that resulted in a detrimental cut on my primary typing and pressing finger. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager, who was apologetic, as well as the associate. Given my experience, I strongly advise my fellow military members to avoid this establishment. I followed a blind recommendation from a sales associate in the mall, but the service does not match the nice appearance of the place. I urge you to stay away and trust the reviews. The care and technical expertise provided here are of low quality, so it's best to look elsewhere. If it were possible, I would give them a negative one-star rating.. read more

I have gone here for 2 years and all of f a sudden for my last 4 visits my nail polish is chipping off and it is gel polish. I went in today and was completely ignored about the issue. I had planned on getting my nails done but wanted to know what was happening. they kept ignoring me and waiting on other people. the manager finally came to the front and actually told me it was because I must have been tapping my nails on the table and thats what was chipping my nails!! after 2 years!!!!! Went in to get dip. Have been doing dip for years. This was my first time at this place. It was nice enough and seemed decent.. until my entire dip set is completely lifting after less than a week. Never had that happen before. One started doing it after 3 days so I went into get it fixed now the rest are doing it. (The one that was fixed is also already lifting and that was only on Friday.. today is Sunday). Annoying to pay so much for something just for this to happen and now I have to take them off completely at home. read more

I asked for simple black almond nails with glitter. It was fun to watch but the filing is very painful. I was bleeding on several nail beds and my fingertips were all bright red and painful. Instead of clean tools to push back cuticles the man used his own finger nail which is unhygienic. Most of the nails are filed kinda uneven but I just left because the tech was so heavy handed I didn't want him touching me anymore. The vibe was bad, the tech kept looking away to talk to other techs while filing my nails and wouldn't talk to me. read more

Jon did my nails so horrible the first time then him and his co workers proceeded to talk shit in their language about me being unsatisfied with my ugly nails. He could not perform a simple french tip, him and his co worker proceeded to say my nail beds were thin that's why the acrylic was so thick ( A LIE ) & then had a hard time re doing my nails with having to be instructed on how to file them done and do a simple line across after failing many times on the french manicure. 0/10 i would NEVER recommend anybody to even stop by to look inside. I thought I found a nail home when the place finally opened up. I thought completely wrong. It's literally a hit or miss with this nail shop. Not once have I went here and got an excellent service every time. I went in recently for just a color change on my hands and toes. I should've just listened to my gut and not went, but I decided to give them another chance. I'm so mad I didn't listen to myself. I paid $50+ for my feet to look like they got ran over by hyenas. I got gel polish & the polish wasn't even dry. It was so so bad I'm too embarrassed to even post the picture with the review. How don't you not properly dry gel polish?? Do NOT go here!!! I simply went in to get my acrylics taken off and my nails painted... the gentleman was in a rush the entire time. He ripped my acrylics off, breaking all of my nails in the process. My nails had grown out really long underneath and tore them all off. He half ass filed them, then told me to wash my hands and was waiting at the cashier for me. Didn't even paint them. AWFUL experience. I will never return. Decided to give my husband and myself pedicures for the weekend. They gave us a menu which provides all the options they have available. They do regular pedicures on up to one called the ultimate volcano. Well I decided to treat us to the ultimate volcano. We went with 2 different scents and they reversed them on us, I tried to get them to change it back, but they acted like they didn't hear us. So we went with the lavender to my husband and roses to me. The ultimate volcano pedicure is worth it, the extra sugar scrub and lotion will make you feet and legs feel spectacular. The reason they are getting 3 stars is due to the fact the folks working on us seemed more content to hold a conversation amoungst themselves than with us. We asked them simple questions like, where is a good place to eat in Pensacola, no answer. Loved the pedicure but could work on customer interaction. read more

I waited an hour to have people go in front of my number and I paid for dip. It's only been 2 1/2 weeks and I've had 3 nails break from harmless activities such as scratching my head. On vacay in FL from TX. I needed a refill and went in before they even opened at 11 am. The worker that opened the store said she'd start on my nails at 10:40 (so sweet!). When I sat down instead of getting a quick refill I asked for a full set of French acrylic versus color powder and she was able to get it done in an hour. Seriously one of my best nail experiences. i visited this salon a few days ago. i showed them an image of my nails previously done at my old salon out of town. the tech, tammy, said it was no problem. we ran into numerous problems. she didn't do the length i asked for. she refused to listen when i said i didn't want clear acrylic and when i said i wanted a pink nude colored acrylic. she pulled out gold glitter gel whenever i said numerous times i wanted gold foil. ended up not even doing the gold and she put a white line after i said i didn't want it. i got tired of going back and forth with her and just let her do whatever it is she wanted because apparently im paying for her to practice nails. i had to constantly tell her when something was wrong. she got an attitude numerous times and so did the other nail techs. it wasn't criticism. i just wanted my nails to at least look half way decent. they're bumpy and my nails are sore two days after getting them done. oh also! they don't care if they hurt you as they rip off your nails. i asked for a soak off and she then just drilled off the nails... super cute inside, but employees are horrible. me, my sister, and both of the girls next to me left upset and disappointed complaining about their nails. read more
