I messaged a friend to tell them where I was, just in case. Well, once again I was taught you can't judge a book by its cover. I was impressed by the good humored, professionalism and kindness displayed. While I was there, a woman came up asking for prints, but her documentation showed that her employer had already paid. The attendant told her where to go in order to save herself $20. I'm always impressed by businesses that will help a customer this way rather than charge them for unnecessary services.
