The liner was damaged and they didn't tell me until the day before setup. They offered a skylight panel, but when they put it up, it was the wrong size. I ordered side curtains with windows and they left without setting them all up. Every table was damaged and half the chairs were so filthy they wouldn't come clean. The needed to refund me for the liner and they offered a 50% refund on the chairs. It took five weeks to get the refund check and, when I finally did, it bounced.

I called last minute to order tables, chairs and a bar for my mother in laws celebration of life. Keith responded quickly with a quote even though we were probably one of his smallest orders. The bartender never noticed, which is in a huge deal since it was busy. The bloody she made definitely made up for it. They were pretty tasty and they had some decent craft beer on tap. The patio door was open since it was nice out. We did order some cheese curds, they were tasty but instead of them being separate little pieces there was one big huge chunk cooked together. All in all a decent place just needs to execute a little more.

We arrived for my son's bowling tournament to find our we had a flat tire. I also found out my jack and kit were not in my vehicle. We live an hour and a half away so clearly this was not a good situation. I came in asking for help. One gal called her friend who has the same vehicle make as myself to see if her kit had the right tools. She arrived and sadly did not. Then the manager Steven came out several times, even ran home to try and find what we needed to change our tire. (We needed a specific tool to lower the spare down, dang mopar problems). After many attempts he was sadly unsuccessful. At the end of the day we called roadside assistance and they got us on the road again. These folks all went way above and beyond for us and need to let them know how much we appreciate them!!!

Really inside how to rate this. Went for cosmic bowling last night. $12 to bowl for 3 hours with…read moreshoes was fine, but it absolutely was NOT cosmic bowling. A few black lights (only on in half the place) had no effect. No dj, just music playing. Mostly good, but I'm 50... not any current music, which I think the kids would like. The lanes are good. We had no issues. Sadly, the pizza was cheap frozen pizza quality for $$. Thin, tough crust, very little cheese, and a hint of burnt taste like the pizza oven needed cleaning. Nothing like Kingpin pizza I love and expected from AshBowl. It felt like the cosmic bowlers got a different pizza than bar patrons. Pretzle was big and tasty, though a bit expensive. Food delivered by a robot catc was awesome. Didn't interact with staff much, but they were nice.

My favorite dishes are 1) papaya salad (the dirty heavy crab paste version), 2) the catfish curry, and 3) the egg rolls. All of her food is fantastic. Her papaya is to die for. Seriously. It's sweet, sour, salty, and crunchy. I'm an avid papaya salad eater and Zer's is top notch. I have even sipped on the leftover liquid once all the papaya is eaten because it is that good! The catfish curry is the perfect blend of sweet and savory. I especially enjoy the fresh pineapple slices that she adds to that dish. The egg rolls are filled with a good proportion of meat and veggies. I don't like egg rolls with barely any filling in them. They're also very crispy. I highly recommend this place for catering.

Property has a launch and covered slips that will fit a bass boat with outlets for a charger, but a 8' wide pontoon or deck boat will not fit into slips. Resort boats with motor available to rent. Fish cleaning house also on property. The only downside i found here is that property is not secure (no fences or "private property" signs, so some locals may think its a public park area) and boats have been tampered with, so secure your gas cans and rods and tackle and disable your ignition when docking overnight.
