After I had sent an inquiry email, I got an email back that said their email address couldn't be found or is unable to receive mail. The employer contacted me via text the following day. After I told them I was still collecting quotes and will contact them back if I decide to book with them. The company replied "Please don't reserve again online bc that costs me $ everytime". I explained to the company why I used the book now feature on their website since their email was not working, the company responded "Thanks for pointing out the obvious lol there's no reason to be rude tho ". As a potential customer just looking for a quote, I felt like this company owner demonstrated unprofessionalism in her texting customers using "$" and "LOL". The whole experience felt unprofessional and unpleasant. Please improve your customer service and communication with potential customers. Also please provide a workable email address for customers to request a quote without having to directly call as some customers prefer email communication instead of calling or texting.

I have done events at my home for 30 people but never at a large venue. I didn't have a clear vision of what I wanted, but Dora and her daughter, Paola, made the process easy. They are experienced, had many ideas, and helped us choose everything from the centerpieces, table covers, charger plates, and chair covers to the cake table and easel. We met with them a couple of times to see the changes in the setup, and each visit made our vision come to life. Their prices were reasonable, their customer service was excellent, and they have an eye for detail. Dora and Paola were kind, patient (especially when we were unsure of what we wanted), knowledgeable, and most significantly, easy to work with. On the day of the event, they arrived on time, handled the entire setup, and came back afterward to pick everything up. The whole experience was completely hassle-free. I highly recommend Glitzy Event Rentals and would definitely use them again for a future event!
