This time I took a picture of my left driver rear rim to see if any other gases would happen, and sure enough it did. I showed the folks that worked there the before picture while I was waiting online to go through the car wash, and then I showed them after I went through the car wash. The gentleman obviously knew there was a new scratch there, but he called his boss, and his boss said he would look through the videotape, and as he did that, he said I had that scratcher on there already, it would not help me any further. While I was waiting, another customer came through the car wash, and the same thing happened to him. His name is Timothy, I have his phone number, he was driving a Tesla, and his left rear driver side tire had a scratch in the rim, just like mine. They wouldn't help him either, so this is the worst place to get a car wash. If you have low profile tires, do not go to this car wash whatsoever. This is the worst of the worst of the worst, and the owner is a piece of you know what! What a piece of you know what! Disgusting. Quick update there was a third person that day which I forgot to tell you about. And they did absolutely nothing, the manager that works there. His name is Jose, who wouldn't give me his last name, and would not help me out whatsoever.

Seats were vacuumed but not wiped (dried applesauce on door panel and headrest) I ended up wiping the inside down with armor all wipes the next day. This car was cleaned for 2 hours. Our other car was vacuumed, and the dash was dusted and wiped. Cup holders and seats were still a bit dirty. Nate did mention that the carpet had a few deep stains that needed an extractor. This car was cleaned for 1 hour. Wish a little more time was spent on this one.

I need to find a detail shop in NY because we wanted to get my father's car cleaned up so my can get the most for the car as a trade-in. I called Clean Image; Jack answers the phone and we made an appointment to bring the car to him in Huntington for an estimate. My father brings the car to Jack, I was able to speak to Jack over the phone via Facetime. The interior has four years of cigarette smoke build up. The interior is gray, but when we dropped it off to Jack, it was tan. Jack was very professional and very detailed. He showed me the equipment that he uses to shampoo the fabric and carpet. He showed me the chemicals he uses to clean the interior. His recommendation for the ozone to kill the cigarette smell, and offer to run the ozone for an hour. Priced very reasonable. and I would highly recommend Jack. Being three hundred miles away, he provided me with regular updates, sending me photos of his progress to keep me in the loop.
