I buy juice from Luxor and have no complaints. All of the people I've dealt with have been pleasant and helpful. Something I dislike about the shop is that they unwrap new hardware to display outside of their boxes. This means that at least one person and perhaps a number of customers have handled something you're purchasing to put in your mouth. Another thing I dislike is that the store seems to open up (possibly labeled as "not for individual sale") boxes of parts like pods and sell them at inflated prices - close to the amount of a full box elsewhere. read more

Very friendly customer service, very affordable starter kit (six hour battery, charger, two tanks, one 10ml liquid) $29.99. They mix the liquid while you wait and let you sample before you buy; I chose no nicotine but they can mix nicotine to your preference. I'm not sure if this will be a new habit or an occassional thing, so the price was perfect for me. If your a full time vapor they've got the gear for you too. This place is worthless. I called to see what age you have to be to purchase battery and oil. Their answer - 18. I asked if they card. Answer - yes. BUT when my 16 year old came in with a story about running over MY battery, they just sold to her. I even spoke with the manager "Melissa Mac", which is the name she gave, and she admitted they did it because my daughter was almost in tears about running over my battery. So they knowingly sold to a 16 year? Answer - yes. I did tell "Melissa Mac" I would write reviews every place I could regarding the fact they sell to minors! Her answer - ok. I only use this shop , if I need replacement atomizers . Luxor was one of the first vapor stores in this area. Back then customer service was wonderful. Their e-liquid was nothing special, but they worked hard trying to make their flavors better. As more shops moved into the area , Luxor customer service started to suck. Most of the staff has no idea what they have in stock, and are too busy for good customer service. Most of the e-liquids taste nothing like their description, and have little or no flavor. I gave Luxor 2 stars. One for their price on starter kits. The price is competitive to me and low enough to get people off of cigarettes. The second star, is for the one member of their stuff that consistently make customers feel welcome. Unfortunately I don't remember his name, but he has dark hair, he's the one who comes over and says. How can I help you today? Luxor is what it is. This is my favorite vape shop in the DFW area. The staff here is fantastic. The prices are some of the best for a brick and mortar. I have a old tank and this was one of the only places that had the coils for it. My last visit they had ran out of the coils finally, and instead of trying to sell me a new tank.(which I thought was what I would have to do.) They instead were able to find coils that were for a different tank that fit and work perfectly. I feel like most other shops would have just said I needed a new tank. I really like this place. I come here all the time since they are one of the few vape shops that are open late. They have a huge selection of hardware as well as juices. Their juices are very flavorful and I like the option to do double to quadruple flavor. They also have many discounts on their items in store. I didn't rate it 5 stars because I and people I know have gotten products from there that are used as sample items or used for testing, but this only applies to about 5% of everything they have. This is a small shop that caters to e-cigarette users. The owners are pretty knowledgeable about the products and they make sure that their customers are pretty well taken care of as well. In fact, I'm not even from the Dallas area (I reside in the Houston area) and they even offered to ship some e-liquid to me! I ordered from them because I think their liquids taste the best (I have also tried DFW Vapor but didn't think it was as good) and they make it in-house when you choose it as well. You can also choose the nicotine level to customize your vaping experience even more. Now if only they had a website for ordering that would be awesome... I would never step foot in here again! Lux is the last thing that comes to mind with this establishment. The location, building, and staff are seedy and shady. The juices are awful. I was told the the "chief" would not even consider custom mixes. I wanted to like this place, i tried them on a whim as they are so much closer to my office and home than my normal shop. Honestly its a hit or miss on the ejuice. You have to have to have to steep it for a week , sometimes it will taste good sometimes it will taste like nailpolish. The prices are good ( if u go during happy hour) my advice is dont try to many complex flavours. Just stick to one , and double flavour it. I dont buy from there like I used to due to the times ive been let down, but to be fair they did replace 2 bottles I had that tasted bad. I travel a lot for work so I'm always going to different shops and every shop has different juices so I have to sit there for an hour testing them to find one I like and it's usually a huge pain. But Tatiana and Cheyenne(sorry if I misspelled) were DOPE. They were super patient with me and helped me find several of their house juices I liked in like 5 min. Prices on everything I have bought have been very competitive. Cool atmosphere and people. They almost always have what I need in stock or comparable replacement. Flavors seem to be floating in my taste bud acceptance range ~20% so no need to double like some other places and no cheap chinese nic flavor (peppery). Happily a repeat customer. The only con is that if you want to test flavors, bring your own condoms. Flavors loaded into CE4 type clearos with no barrier. Fix this guys and you'll be solid. Luxor is better than most vapor shops I've been to in the area. I've been shopping here for the past 16 months.

The people there are so nice. They let you try whatever flavor you want and help you pick out a good one for you. And you really can't beat the prices. They just go out of their way to let you know that they appreciate your service. I'll definitely be going back from now on! read more
