A few weeks prior I had visited the location to ask the normal questions, e.g. what services, pricing, availability etc. I was told by Madison prices began at $55 and all else that was included. When I scheduled the appt two weeks later she told me prices had changed and now it was starting at $60 because they supposedly put some special facial products, eye tear products and who knows what else. Said one of the groomers from a different location would be the one to groom my dog. My appt was for 2:30 but they weren't ready for her at that time. I asked if I needed to come back with my baby, as I do not like leaving her for long periods of time at the groomers. Becka (the groomer) said no bcuz she was almost done with her other dog (left alone on a high table) and then asked me what kind of cut did I want, she herself pointed and said this one , I stuttered, looked at it a few times and told her "I want what my dog looks like now but trimmed". She repeated, so this one In my head I'm thinking she knows what's she's doing, she's clearly looking at my doggie, I reiterated on how the style needed to remain the same, rounded paws, poodle face, just shorter. She proceeded to grab Maxie took her into the back room. (I do not know where she was placed as it is not visible) She told me to come back 2 1/2 hours later At this point I should've really just went with my gut and left with my baby. My daughter, grandson and I went to pick her up when she was ready for pick up and we were shocked at the "mutt look" the poor thing had. She was completely shaved off, no style on her face, legs or paws. Despite the shocking disappointment I paid my tab, tipped Becka and sat in the car in shock, shaking and in tears. On our 7 minute drive home I noticed a FLEA on the tip of her nose. THAT WAS THE ICING ON THE CAKE!!! I called immediately and was told by Madison that it wasn't possible because they had not had any dogs on that day come in with FLEAS. That if they do come in with FLEAS they are taken to the back immediately. I mentioned I have a 15 year old diabetic cat at home that can not afford to get fleas with her condition. She offered to have the owner CHRIS call me. I agreed to the call from him thinking the owner has manners and some consolation would be given. "THINK AGAIN!" HE WAS VERY DEFENSIVE FROM THE GET GO. NASTY AND UGLY INDIVIDUAL. IMPLIED MY DOG WAS THE ONE THAT HAD FLEAS AND GAVE ME AN UNSOLICITED CRASH COURSE ON FLEAS AND HOW THEY HOST, HOW LONG THEY FEED FOR, HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR THEM TO DIE. HE MENTIONED HOW I HAD BEEN RECORDED ON CAMERA and am seen pointing at the chart. (Mind you he had just called few minutes later, how he looked at footage so conveniently that fast is beside me) He was so disgustingly unprofessional and rude he hung up on me. He hung up because I told my daughter "can you believe this person? Record it" As soon as I said "record" he disconnected the call and proceeded to cowardly text me instead. I was like "what in the world"?! He offered to have me bring my dog back for a flea treatment but my question is "lets say she did have fleas when she came in, why wasn't I called to have her picked up or called to offer a shampoo for fleas?!" That's because she's never had fleas in her life!!! She walked out with FLEAS from this place. I declined the offer because I am NEVER stepping foot there and much less leaving my doggie there ever again. CHRIS I wouldn't be writing a review had you simply been understanding and kind. You could've apologized for the inconvenience, offered a discount for the next visit, a coupon, refunded, something kind. Instead you chose to be nasty, rude and offered me good luck with my next groomer. SMH people have no pride or respect for what they do anymore. He will write a false narrative back to this review. Just go here. It's a great concept. They have a little room set aside with shampoo, conditioner, towels, and even a high-speed dryer. There is a low and high table forcwahing and a way to secure your pet so they can't jump out. We bought some wet food made by Fromm , and I ended up buying 5 washes for 35 dollars, an amazing deal.

We decided to fly home over Memorial Day weekend to surprise my dad for his 80th birthday, which…read morerequired boarding our dog from Friday through Monday (they wouldn't allow pick-up Sunday or Monday). He had previously stayed at Puppy Palace during a cruise, where he was placed in a suite. During that time, we were less concerned as my friend picked him up each morning for daytime playdates, ensuring he was well cared for. This time, however, was different. To provide context, our dog is on a consistent schedule: walks at 3:30AM, 10:30AM, 3:30PM, and 8:00PM, and he is fully house-trained. On Sunday morning at 5:53AM, I checked the suite camera and noticed feces in the room. It remained there until 8:30AM, which was concerning given our dog's routine and hygiene. Additionally, after the room was cleaned and reset, I observed that both his morning and evening meals had been given to him at once. By 6:00PM, all the food had been eaten, leaving him without food until 8:30AM the next day. Additionally, I had paid for the X-Night Walk, which was supposed to last 10 minutes. However, the walk was cut short; our dog was returned to his room in only 4 minutes. On Monday at 4:20AM, again feces in the room, not cleaned up until 8:30AM. Once again, both of his meals were placed in the room together first thing in the morning. We had also purchased the "Pamper My Pet" (PMP) service for the entire weekend, but I never received any pictures or a report for Monday. On Tuesday at 2AM, again feces in the room, not cleaned up until 6AM. Typically, staff are scheduled to arrive at 6:30AM, but no one notified us that there would be a delay until 8:30AM. As a result, our dog was locked in his room for a total of 11.5 hours. Who would subject a pet to this kind of treatment? It's beyond comprehension that a facility entrusted with caring for animals would allow such neglect to happen. What I find most concerning is the way our dog was treated by one of the male attendants. On both Sunday and Monday, he was returned to the room at 8:44AM in a distressed state. In the video footage, the attendant appears to toss him into the room while still attached to a leash, and our dog's tail is visibly tucked between his legs, cowering in fear. In stark contrast, when a female staff member returned our dog from his walk on Monday night, he was visibly happy, wagging his tail. This behavior suggests a troubling inconsistency in the care he received, which I find deeply unsettling. Jennifer called to discuss my concerns, and asked to speak with Alicia, which is not my name. During our conversation, she claimed that our dog had relieved himself on the shortened walk, which is why it was cut short. She did not offer an apology for the fact that we paid for a 10-minute walk and received only 4 minutes. Furthermore, she insisted that there was nothing concerning about the way the male attendant handled our dog. When I asked about the PMP service, she said someone had sent it, but she couldn't provide any specific details or resend the report. Obviously, the report was never sent, as I did receive the others. When I mentioned that I would be leaving a public review with supporting photos and videos, Jennifer's response was, "it will get buried." To make matters worse, Jennifer accused me of only out to seek compensation when she said, "I know where this is going, I know what type of person you are, you want a handout." This is not the case. My sole request is for an apology and acknowledgment of the fact that, instead of enjoying quality time with my family, I was forced to spend the entire weekend worrying about my dog's well-being. If you are truly committed to ensuring your pet's well-being do not entrust a pet to this facility. The care my dog received was nothing short of disgusting, and the level of customer service was absolutely terrible--further reinforcing my decision to never trust this facility with my pet again.
