My only complaint is that sometimes when I ask for certain things, I can't get it and I believe it's because some of the techs just don't keep up with the trend. And at this shop, the trend is costly. So I will say the quality is good but the prices are a little high. The owner and his wife are very nice. Love this nail salon! During Covid, they socially distanced, had temperature checks, required a mask, and had you sign a waiver. Even now, they require masks. I've had several different nail techs and they've all done a great job. They take appointments as well as walk ins. I suggest making an appointment because they tend to be busy. What a stunning salon. Great atmosphere. Kind workers. Quality work. I had a wonderful experience. The only reason it is a 4 star rating is because they, unlike most of the salons currently in Tallahassee are still requiring masks, regardless of your personal health situation. I've gone to 4 others this year that give you a choice, especially since FL's Governor's executive order bans local governments from enforcing mask mandate violations. As someone who is pregnant, now immune to CV and has breathing issues... this is discouraging. I did call just to offer my personal insight and they seem pretty firm on this stance. I won't be back until masks are optional. However, I will be waiting for that day because I loved my experience beside the forced masks. Clean, relaxing environment. Very calming aura. Service was decent. We were greeted immediately and helped quickly. It is a Thursday morning, but still steady. I got a gel manicure. It was done a little differently than what I am used to but I think the nail tech did a good job. She wasn't tough and took her time. Listened to me when I told her about my broken nail that I was ready to cut all the way down but she managed to fix with a bit of glue. I like that she kept my nails round and didn't try to change my shape. I brought my girlfriend here today (30APR21) just to get her finger and toe nails polished along with some acrylic. The polish is bulky as hell on every single nail! She wanted a square shape but ALL her nails edges are rounded. Also on her fingers she laid down a bulky white coat first and they are still unevenly see through. My girlfriend also stated the nail tech kept going over her nail beds with the filing drill. Ladies there are only a few people in their shop that know what their doing (one is Jena). Wish I could rate no star. Paid $75 for a manicure and pedicure. They changed $15 to remove dip powder from hands and gel from toes. However, the pedicure I can see spots of black gel. The lady literally never touch the back heels of my feet. Only used the pumice pad. The cuticles were poorly cut. I can see pieces of cuticle. I literally had clear polish on the skin of my toe. At least the manicure pushed back and cut my cuticles, but was sloppy on my nails. She did not smooth my nail after taking off the powder. I had to ask her to smooth them. She left my nail rough cut only shaped. So they were snagging my clothes. They use the cheapest clear polish and only do one coat. The location looks nice and luxurious, but not the service. There are other shops in the area I will have to try while in Tallahassee. read more

Every time I came here, something went wrong. My nails were never cleaned up after polish and my gel would peel after 2 days. I also got my eyebrows waxed here once and she took off like 1/3 of my eyebrow right before my graduation photos. I was so upset. Honestly don't recommend this place anymore. Visited this past Saturday for a pedicure and full set. Everything felt very rushed. If anything, I was most upset that the employee completing my full set watched TV on his phone while doing so. His eyes were glued to his phone and he managed to burn me with the drill and cut into my skin. Once he was done, he stood up and walked away with not a single word to me. Extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service and attentiveness. When you spend more than $100 for a service, an employee should not be sacrificing a customer's safety so they can watch TV on their phone. read more

We came for nexgen manicures and regular pedicures. The service is extremely slow. They carry one bottle of nail polish for each color.m, so if someone happens to choose the same color you would have to wait for the other person to finish before they can start with you. The pedicure quality was equivalent to using a pumis bar in the shower. If you are pressed for time or do not want to spend 4 hours on a mani pedi, skip this place. read more

The environment is very nice, new & well kept. I was recommended this salon by a friend and asked for a gel mani & pedi combo. The pedicure seemed rushed (filed my nails but didn't shape them and skipped toes while clipping them) but it turned out well. The gel manicure is thin on some nails (could've used an extra coat) and my cuticles weren't treated. Additionally, the menu reads "$55 & up" for the gel mani & pedi combo and I was charged $75 with no explanation. ( I didn't receive any nail designs or pedicure add-ons.) read more

Last minute fill-in. Was greeted with a friend face and clean environment. Kenny who will now be referred to as "Uncle Kenny", did my fill-in and did a fantastic job! I was going to have a color painted on but the natural beauty and look of my nails was something to show off. After my fill, I got a pedicure. I cannot recall the techs name that did my pedicure, it was the basic pedicure but still wonderful. The massage chair was amazing and the background music was christian radio station, so it was easy listening and comforting. I paid quite a bit more than I expected, I didn't see a price list that I can recall. I went in this place "blind", I have no regrets at all. Only suggestion I can make is clear price list and a soft cushion at the foot rest of the pedicure stations and possibly a neck pillow.
