I was referred to this business back in November after looking for a lash technician for quite some…read moretime. The website lists a strict policy which I was perfectly fine with and felt this place would be very professional. I setup an account, gave my credit card information and was given a confirmation on my appointment via email which even included an attachment with my appointment to add to my calendar. I've had my appointment scheduled since November for December 19. On December 14, I received an email confirming my cancellation which I did not cancel. I looked for a reason for cancellation on the email assuming maybe due to the pandemic something changed but there was no explanation. I assumed maybe a glitch so I looked up Lauren's number on her website, which states to text and not call. Again no issue with that. I texted her to see if maybe my appointment had been canceled by error. She responded " Hi! I do not work on Saturdays or Sundays. I work 8-14 hours per day Monday-Friday." I was confused because I'm unsure why she felt the need to tell me she works long hours which was not my problem. As a business, that should have never been addressed to a client and I wasn't even offered to reschedule or be worked in. It's not my fault that schedule was available on her site. Strict policies for a business but however you provide sloppy service. I will carefully shop for another lash technician that is more professional. Everyone isn't made to be a entrepreneur. Do better!
