She said because I did volume lashes which she discreetly disguises the name with something else. She calls it the extreme diva set for 300.00! Which she (tells) me was a volume set. I went to her several times showing her pics everytime and she kept stringing me along telling me we are getting there we will keep Adding each time. All I wanted was a volume set! I even called before I bought the initial groupon to make sure she did them and sent pics prior. I was lied to! I sat in the most uncomfortable chair for 3 hours at one of my appts. The setting was the worst. The chair is right inside the door in the middle of everyone with Jerry Springer blaring throughout the salon while people sat in the chairs in the waiting area just steps from my chair. This place is right out of the movie barbershop! Once she left me on the table while she went in the back and had lunch.. took personal calls while she's doing my lashes.. with her headset .. but still talking into my face... arguing with her son most of the time. I was recommended a new girl so I thought... ok fine I will give it a shot and saw her work and it was excellent. So I went in and this girl is the best I've ever been to. There is nobody better out there. This is top notch work! Did volume set in an hour... I was told that the last place I went to was doing classic lashes on me and both eyes were not the same. She used two dif size lashes on each eye! I was not happy since I had just paid her 100! I nicely sent her a message and asked for my money back from the last appt. she basically said hell no .. after not replying for days initially. She told me in writing (to cover her ass) that she doesn't do volume lashes!! I said wtf? I showed u pics before I ever went to you and everytime I came in and you said no problem..can't say enough bad things about this place. I'm disgusted, was ripped and lied to! I would run from this place if you are even considering it. If you want the best place in town message me. Her quality is like no other and it's taken years to finally find someone that actually does volume lashes instead of just saying they do. It takes extra certifications and classes.... I'm responding to your reply and you are completely full of it. I never asked for bundles or clusters! I showed you several pictures and u kept saying u could achieve that look and told me it would take awhile. I kept coming back to have her fix my lashes because they kept coming off!!! It took hours for her to fix as well. She does not know what she's doing I'm sorry to say. There are no excuses you could use on any of the complaints I had. Your lack of professionalism is unacceptable and you are a very dishonest biz owner. If only I could post our text messages. Just know people there is a place out there and she's the best in town and gets it done in an hour and I didn't have to get a fill for almost 4 weeks because they held up so well. I'm disgusted you handled this situation so poorly. I tried to deal with you privately but after your remarks and how you lied and squeezed every dime out of me you could u were not about to come to an agreement. I should have known when I came in with a Groupon and u told me it doesn't cover the lashes I wanted and charged me 150.00 more !!!! I'm the idiot for believing u. You complained about Groupon taking so much of the money and would have appreciated if I would have called u first so u could have kept their cut as well. SMH

The owner assured me making this appointment would not be a problem since she would supervise it which did not happen so I ended up with a terrible uneven hair cut and totally dark hair because this young girl had no idea what she was doing and left the glaze/toner in way too long and it did not wash out after 20 plus times washing my hair desperately. Luckily I found a place where they could get my original high and low lights back finally.

I left the spa doing a happy dance I was so pleased! Lol As a first-timer, I was kind of concerned about being sold unnecessary procedures or products and worried about the potential cost or being pressured into a lengthy contract. However, my worries disappeared thanks to Susan. Susan was not only very kind and professional but also took the time to thoroughly educate me on all my options, procedures and expected results. She didn't just recommend products; she explained what would be truly beneficial for my specific skin concerns. I was also so happy that the experience was extremely affordable and budget-friendly, with absolutely no pressure to sign a contract. This level of honesty and care is exactly why I'm so excited for my next visit. Susan's exceptional service and the amazing deal she gave me on the recommended ID skincare products (including some at no cost!) have made me realize that this isn't just a one-time treat, but an investment I am thrilled to make in myself. I can't recommend IntegraLife Spa enough.

Ugh... I'd hate to write a negative review because it was a nice atmosphere, the massage was great,…read moreand the people that assisted us were pretty nice. I went in with my best friend and we both wanted to do gel manicure with french tip. My best friend has medium length, oval/almond shaped nails and the nail lady that was assisting her told her that she couldn't do the French line as she requested because her nails were too long so it wouldn't look good. She wanted a normal French tip and they were convincing her to do a THICK white French tip. I did a bond builder for the first time and the shape on my nails came out with bubbles, out of shape, wonky, it was bleeding into my skin and under my nail which was causing the gel to lift off completely. ALLL of the gel came off 2 days later!! On top of that, the same nail tech that told my best friend that she couldn't do the French tip on my best friend wanted to convince me that if I decided to not do the French tip that she'll knock off $5 so that she didn't have to do it. I don't think a nail tech should convince you to NOT do a French tip, something that you SHOULD be able to do as it's your profession. I definitely don't recommend this place, sorry.... Instead try Profiles that's 10 mins away. They have a guarantee that if your nail breaks or needs repair after you've gone to them, they'll fix it for free.
