I made an appointment and understood that they were in a temporary location while they renovate…read moretheir new place. The Front Desk lady was super sweet. And the temporary location was very convenient and clean but had limited parking. As they waited, there was a few ladies standing at the front desk, talking in Spanish and at some point, they got a little heated. I don't understand, but I could tell that there was some conflict. I just got on my phone and minding my own business. Within a few minutes, everybody parted ways, and this Sweet gal who was running the front desk came to me to explain that a client had gone to the wrong room and she refused to move. She repeated more than once as she truly apologize but this client was just not willing to budge. I was a little discombobulated by exactly what was being conveyed when she said could you come back at 2 o'clock today? I'll give you a discount. I'm never un polite and I told her no I would not be able to come back today at 2 PM as I drove all the way from Punta Gorda. But thank you and I got up and I left. I could tell it absolutely wasn't her fault and I don't even think it was the client's fault. I think that it was miss rescheduled mishandled by the office as a whole. Absolutely disorganized and perhaps because they're in a temporary location. So I didn't judge. Well I try me in this spa....perhaps in a big maybe, but only when they get settled and organized

I wanted to like this really badly. The massage was a present. However, there are no actual rooms,…read morejust partitions with room dividers and curtains . I heard a guy grunting for quite some time then asking for a paper towel (I am sure it was innocent) but still, I would have liked not to hear that. Another guy started snoring. Something is wrong with their sound system as the music kept stopping. All in all, if you are looking for ambiance and privacy to completely relax, pick another place.

This place is one of the best-kept secrets of Fort Myers!! If I could give it six stars, I would…read more It's clean and calming, the staff is courteous and professional, and I've had five of the best massages I've ever had here (let alone for the low prices they charge!) over the past year from a variety of therapists. One of my favorite parts of Massage Oasis is their flexibility. You don't need an appointment; you just walk up to the sign they have outside, tell the therapist what you want, and they accommodate you right away. If you're really enjoying it, you can also tell them you want more time during the massage itself. Last time, I told the therapist I wanted 5 more minutes, and she ended up doing 10-15 at no additional charge past the 5! (This isn't typical, but was a nice surprise.) I also tell them at the beginning that I like a lot of pressure and point out the areas I'd like them to focus on, and they do a great job accommodating that. If you're not a person who is comfortable getting a table massage (typically removing all clothing but your underwear), the chair massage is great and they can still really get deep into your muscles, but the table is more relaxing and allows for an even better massage, in my opinion. Tips: -Be sure to get a punch card and have them sign the back every time. After 10 visits, you get a free 10 minutes. If you're like me, this is a great way to convince yourself that you need to go in regularly. :) -Be sure to tell them "no feet" at the beginning if you just want your body done during a table massage. They don't apply much pressure on the feet and another therapist does it simultaneous to the table massage. It's not nearly as good, in my opinion, and almost creates sort of a "sensory overload." -The best place to park is outside the food court. Make a right after you enter the mall, then it's almost immediately on your left.
