You can tell she genuinely enjoys helping people, and her personality makes you feel welcome right away. She is truly a wonderful representative of Spavia. Brenda did my facial, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. She was so kind, gentle, and knowledgeable, and she explained everything to me as she went along. The facial was excellent, relaxing, and exactly what I was hoping for. I enjoyed my experience so much that I plan to come back every month and have Brenda do my facials. It is always nice to find people who take pride in what they do and make you feel comfortable and cared for. Thank you, Amy and Brenda, for such a wonderful experience. I look forward to coming back! So of course, that convinced me to get a membership. Which I should have NEVER done because first of all, it wouldn't let me cancel, like the manager said. So I had to call and it was a huge deal to cancel no one could figure it out. Finally, my account was "terminated," when really it WASNT because to this DAY im still getting charged and I literally removed my card?? So then I called, and the lady said she has no idea how to handle this. Quite convenient. Do not waste your time and your money on this stupid place, and definitely do not get a membership here. I wish I could give it a zero star.

Their prices have really gone up which is unfortunate. I know the cost of living is high but how can you keep increasing the price and offering the same service? I would love it if they offered more affordable packages perhaps on certain slow days or times and a steam room would be great. This is a nice spa.

I called the spa, explained the situation, and was told they would confirm the appointment. I then received an email confirmation. On the day and at the exact time of the appointment, I arrived only to be told that they had not received the deposit and had canceled the appointment. Even worse, the person who told me this was the same person I had spoken with by phone and who had confirmed that I was coming. This was an extremely frustrating experience and, in my opinion, reflects very poor customer service and communication. As a first-time client, I expected them to resolve a payment-system issue rather than cancel my appointment without properly communicating with me. I will not recommend this spa to anyone. It felt like the deposit was more important to them than providing good customer service and taking care of a new client.
