And the temporary location was very convenient and clean but had limited parking. As they waited, there was a few ladies standing at the front desk, talking in Spanish and at some point, they got a little heated. I don't understand, but I could tell that there was some conflict. I just got on my phone and minding my own business. Within a few minutes, everybody parted ways, and this Sweet gal who was running the front desk came to me to explain that a client had gone to the wrong room and she refused to move. She repeated more than once as she truly apologize but this client was just not willing to budge. I was a little discombobulated by exactly what was being conveyed when she said could you come back at 2 o'clock today? I'll give you a discount. I'm never un polite and I told her no I would not be able to come back today at 2 PM as I drove all the way from Punta Gorda. But thank you and I got up and I left. I could tell it absolutely wasn't her fault and I don't even think it was the client's fault. I think that it was miss rescheduled mishandled by the office as a whole. Absolutely disorganized and perhaps because they're in a temporary location. So I didn't judge. Well I try me in this spa....perhaps in a big maybe, but only when they get settled and organized

Not the best experience! My first appointment, I waited for…read moreover a half hour for owner to arrive as she was stuck in traffic. I also hit traffic but allotted ample time for that. Once she did get there, she and the staff proceeded to socialize about their weekend, new boyfriend, etc., while I continued to awkwardly wait...extremely unprofessional. Second appointment, I got a call 15 minutes prior to my arrival (as I was navigating my way there in a major rainstorm) and they cancelled. Third appointment, I once again waited for a half hour due to a scheduling issue. By this point I was annoyed but owner & staff seemed unphased. Finally, i was seated and owner agreed that I needed a Botox touchup between my eyes (11's). I was disappointed and surprised that i was charged, which I've never had to do at other places! Incidentally, they advertised a Botox special when they in fact do not carry/use Botox but a different Japanese product. I felt a little bamboozled when I learned this but had already paid and didn't want to be difficult. Approximately 85+ units later, it did not rid my 11's, when I've never had an issue relaxing those muscles with Botox or DySport before. The icing on the cake was when she bruised my eye area but blamed me for moving. WOW! What an experience. Never to return. I hope the staff gets their act together and learns a bit about good customer service. On the upside, the owner, Eileen was very nice but I don't agree with some of her policies and/practices.
