Lorena greeted me and was super pleasant and offered me a beverage. Then she took me to a room and started eyebrow shaping. She didn't use any wax, just plucked my eyebrows to the perfect shape and kept the fullness of my eyebrows so she didn't over tweeze! The place is very nice, clean and soothing ambiance. If you live in Fort Myers and haven't been here, it's a MUST!! I've traveled the world and so far this location and one other place in Nevada are my two favorite places to have my eyebrows done!! Otherwise I will go for a year before I let anyone else touch them. In fear of them messing them up or taking away too much.

I took proper care of them and I was very gentle and did not touch them. She applied way too much glue, and when I needed a touch up, instead of filling in the gaps, she just layered more lashes on top, which was too much for my small lashes. Because of this, my lashes are a lot thinner than they used to be. While the price was great compared to the higher end lash extensions, it is not worth it. I would suggest splurging elsewhere on proper lash extensions. The only reason I went to her for my eyelash extensions was because it was semi-affordable compared to the higher end places. She is also fantastic at doing brows. However, I will not be returning because of my eyelash extension experience. Also, her customer service is awful. She talks on the phone the whole time when she does my brows, and she rarely ever talks to me. I walked up to her front desk one time and she was texting on her phone. She did not look up and acknowledge me for a good couple of minutes while I stood there. When she looked up, she said "one minute. Go sit down," and she pointed me to a seat and continued texting. Very rude and unprofessional.

I paid $80 + a tip (I try to tip regardless). I don't even live in Estero; I drive out of my way because I typically have a good experience here. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied! I read through the reviews and this is what I concluded after my first visit: It's not the most beautiful place or best location (large strip mall with nothing in it, large speed bumps). On a positive note, plenty of parking! The employees English is good. Employees make some small talk but for the most part it's quite and relaxing. I called ahead on a Saturday for an afternoon appointment for dip powder and pedi. Phillip did my mani and some other gentleman did my pedi. Phillip was extremely gentle and precise. I always seem to get cut around my cuticles which bothers me and hurts me days on after but I didn't feel discomfort at all! The gentleman that did my pedi did an awesome job as well! I'm not sure the reviewer who said she wished more time on the pedi because I felt the pedi was in depth and amazing! He massaged my legs and feet all the way until there was absolutely no more salt/sugar particles left! -Amazing selection of colors - They don't talk about about you in a different language - There's no pressure in selecting a color - REASONABLE prices I will defiantly be back!

My nail tech, My, handled the gel manicure portion, while another male tech handled the pedicure. The pedicure was comfortable - he got the ingrown our efficiently while also throwing in massages throughout the procedure. The manicure was a great experience - it did not feel rushed and I could see her efficiency caring for the nail bed and skin surrounding it. I had a great time at this salon - lovely nail colors but even lovelier techs. They're also very responsive to their Facebook page! The only improvement I would say is to make sure the pedicure nail polish is completely covering the nail. Some for the toe edges didn't have nail polish or there were some see through spots on the larger nails (not enough polish when coating) - I know most people don't see the imperfections but ‍.

Scheduling is really good (I love that they send you lots of reminders) and the facility is pleasant but it's not worth being talked to and treated in a way that makes you feel physically and mentally uncomfortable 30% of the time. It had all the makings to be a 5 star experience, but the in-person part was not good. If you don't care about how nice the estheticians are and prioritize speed and efficiency you should book with Jackie. But it was just too aggressive and rude for me.
