DO NOT get eyelash extensions here. They caused a lot of damage to my natural lashes, and they started coming off within the first week. I took proper care of them and I was very gentle and did not touch them. She applied way too much glue, and when I needed a touch up, instead of filling in the gaps, she just layered more lashes on top, which was too much for my small lashes. Because of this, my lashes are a lot thinner than they used to be. While the price was great compared to the higher end lash extensions, it is not worth it. I would suggest splurging elsewhere on proper lash extensions. The only reason I went to her for my eyelash extensions was because it was semi-affordable compared to the higher end places. She is also fantastic at doing brows. However, I will not be returning because of my eyelash extension experience. Also, her customer service is awful. She talks on the phone the whole time when she does my brows, and she rarely ever talks to me. I walked up to her front desk one time and she was texting on her phone. She did not look up and acknowledge me for a good couple of minutes while I stood there. When she looked up, she said "one minute. Go sit down," and she pointed me to a seat and continued texting. Do not go there. I've been twice. I bought a Groupon that included eyelash extensions and a refill 2 weeks later. Both times the lady was 15 min late. She was clearly irritated by the fact that my eyes are normal eyes, and in fact, water when you pull the bottom lid down to tape it closed. She even told me... "I told you not to come back to get the refill because your eyes water." WHAT?! The eyelashes are great and she does a good job... but it ain't worth the attitude. Jeez. read more

Do not let just anyone do your eyebrows! I came in today for a cleaning and the lady there was new but claimed that she had six years of experience. My gut told me to leave, but I stayed. I asked a simple cleaning and to keep my eyebrows thick, in the end, they were thin to the point that before telling me to look she offered to tint them for free (I declined). By then I knew that she messed them up I got up to look at my eyebrows and was horrified I paid then left. The lady was very kind; however, she doesn't know how to thread eyebrows. read more

I don't like writing bad reviews , but this is one of my worst experiences . I highly discourage anyone from coming here. The woman who did my brows was extremely rude, and she charged me $3 more than her advertised price. When I asked her why she would charge me more than what she was advertising, she had no answer. She also pulled with the hair as opposed to against it as you are supposed to when removing hair. This caused a break out. She also left a ton of hair, making it look like I never had my eyebrow done, so I went home and plucked them. I would have gone to SOI Threading, but it's closed on Sunday. Do yourself a favor and NEVER get eyelash extensions from here. The beautician seemed to not take her time/give her best quality work. The lashes ended up looking tacky (they are synthetic lashes but still) and very very obviously fake. Comparable to the lashes on a baby doll. I did everything to be careful with them (did not use mascara, slept only on my back, did not use any water on them at all, did not mess with them) and the lashes were falling off in clumps THE NEXT DAY when I was told they would last at least a week and a half to two weeks. First time getting eyelash threading and extensions done. The lady Rose was unprofessional and seemed like she did not want to be there. Did a half ass job on eyebrow threading. Extensions, she put way too many lashes on and too much glue. Looks so fake and clumping of glue on lashes and on skin. Started itching, supposedly this is normal. I wanted it to be full and natural looking. Still left the lady a tip which she did not deserve. On their website they have coupons, which she says owner never pulled them off of the website. Came to my appt. and showed her the coupon. She was pissed about, not my problem. Will never go back to this place or get threading/extensions done again. Stay clear of this place! Want these eyelashes off! I pray my real lashes do not fall out or develop an infection because of this. read more

Wow!! If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I typically go to blush brow beauty and have been for over two years now, but since its Sunday they were closed. I thought I'd try Classic Threading and left literally less than five minutes ago so as you can see it was a terrible experience. Not only did the lady have a terrible smug the whole time but she was RUDE. Grabbed my hand very forcefully and when I asked about waxing she said they don't do it & I said it was online that I could get it done and she gave me some snide comment. Take your business elsewhere. You can pay the same price at other places and have a wonderful experience. This place sucks. read more

I have never given a negative review before but when you leave a threading salon nearly in tears because a decent size chunk of your eyebrow is no longer there, I think it's definitely warranted. Between the missing areas on the upper and lower portions of my eyebrows combined, nearly half of each brow was removed (believe me I have the tan lines where they used to be to prove it). Perhaps I should have been a little more specific but, then again, I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for years now and nothing like this has ever happened to me. I had a great experience until today and sadly she was very disrespectful and I dont tolerate that. I wont be coming back even if it is costing me to find another person who does my eyebrows right. She has never been friendly but I didnt have a problem with that because she always did a good job. She always sells groupon for eyebrows and since it was my favorite place to go I would buy the max of 5 groupons twice a year as groupon lets you. So today I went and as I was ready to leave she asks me: how many groupons do you have left? And I said: one more, why? And She said: because everytime I see you, you pay with a groupon. She gave me the meanest look ever shook her head and went to the other customer, this was all in front of another person and she didnt even said thank you for coming. I felt disrespected and accused, when Obviously I am only doing her bussiness a favor by being a regular customer and buying the groupon SHE sells. If you dont want people to pay discounted price with groupon, that has only one solution, dont sell groupons. But what she did was unacceptable. I have brought friends and family to her business but I will make sure to warn them. I also always tried to tip her since I was buying discounted services. She lost me forever for being so rude and disrespecful. read more

All of the bad reviews for Classic Threading Salon are very surprising to me! Got a groupon for Christmas two years ago and I took a chance and got my brows threaded. I had never threaded my eyebrows before I came here and I will never go back to waxing! Rose is absolutely amazing; a little quiet but kind and focused, and I love the way my brows turn out every time. I've referred probably 7 people to Rose, she's great! The threading is great for boys too; brought my boyfriend with me last time and he (and I!) absolutely loved the way his brows turned out. He's a big football boy, he looked so funny in the little threading chair but Rose was so nice and gentle with him. He's a big baby! ;) I live in Naples so it is a bit of a drive to the salon but it's worth it every time. Inexpensive but great quality! read more

I'd give them a ZERO if I could for lash extensions. She glued on a few excessively long wispy lashes that made me look like I was going to a Halloween Party. Some were glued to the skin of my lid, and others weren't glued at all at the base. There were drops of black glue smeared on my lids and under my brows. The WORST job I've ever had. read more

Do not get eyelash extensions. They were far from natural looking. They were firm to touch and clumped with glue. I have to wonder if they used nail glue. I am hoping my own lashes are not ruined. read more

I purchased a groupon for eye lash extensions from this salon over two weeks ago. I've been calling since I made the purchase and no one ever answers the phone. I can't even leave a message because the voicemail box is always full. Very unprofessional. If I can't get my call answered or even leave a message I most certainly will not trust them with my eyes. read more
