Beyond unprofessional.. I had a 10:30am appointment…read morescheduled for today. Genesis did not show up to the appointment. I was on the phone with her crying due to that fact that I raced to Lehigh all the way from Bonita Springs. I was running around like a headless chicken trying to make the appt on time, I slipped & fell, hurting both of my knees. I drove as fast as I could & I received multiple messages from Genesis stating that she was not going to her "office" due to the fact that I didn't confirm I was coming.. I asked her for the address MULTIPLE times & was ignored so I googled the business. She never provided me with a phone number, business location, or any form of confirmation email (which is what any legitimate business would do) I sent her a $50 deposit through cashapp & when I asked her if she had received it 2 days later she replied with " Sorry I've been busy not on my phone" .. while also posting videos of herself partying. Is this how people run their businesses now? I made it to her business location which was difficult to find in a shopping plaza with no parking... When I asked for my deposit back & stated that this was extremely unfair to me as I had driven a long way for her to not even be at her "business" that was "open" according to Google & we had a scheduled appointment.. she was extremely defensive & said I "came at her sideways" I didn't realize we were in high school, but okay. Nice verbiage! Genesis said that she was "on edge & shaking" so she found a way to scam me out of my $50 deposit. I even apologized for not making it clear that I was coming, she said thank you & hung up on me. I'm in disbelief about this entire situation. I genuinely wanted to believe she was an honest, hard working, ethical woman like she pretends to be on social media but I guess I was wrong. God bless her & her business! People work hard for their money & it's sad to think someone would do something so shady.

I was somewhat hesitant to get lashes because I had seen some bad work and had heard that they "ruin your real lashes" and the reality is that if you go to the right person, that doesn't apply. Kim listens to you as far as your goals to decide on a "classic set" or "volume" which determines how dramatic they will look and she customizes the application based on the length of your natural lashes as well. Your eyelashes are too important to not go to the best. Bonus- Kim is genuinely a sweet person and if you are spending an hour on her table, she's also a pleasure to talk to!! .

Offered coffee and or water. No up sale, no BS add on etc. Just a fantastic, meticulous pedicure by Micheal. They scrub, the lotion and the massage at the end was amazing. Nothing felt rushed, everyone was pleasant and the place was very clean. Best $42 bucks and experience I have had in a long time here in Fort Myers. While checking out, they provide a box and all the implements they used on your session, they are a one time use spa. Not only will I be back, but I will be asking for Micheal again.

So I just quit my nail salon of three years and was looking for a new place. This is is a a place…read morefor nails, pedicures, reflexology, facials, massage and more. The nice part is that it's reasonably priced, the staff is nice and not the uptight atmosphere you usually encounter. I definitely expected my tab to be far more. I got dip nails and a honey pedicure.Everything is super sanitary and you get your own buffer and nail file to keep which you bring in for your visits. They use what look like a blow dryer with a removable buffer brush for callous' instead of the traditional "cheese grater " tool that is used on everyone. And instead of a small fan there's actually luxurious drying stations for hands and feet' They also don't use a drill to get off old powder just acetone and a buffer so you are not harming your nails. I don't wear artificial nails but I would guess they would do acrylics well judging by todays experience. Nail techs are fluent in English and Spanish. You also can pay for reflexology time with your pedicure or go into a private room for massage or more extensive reflexology time. I think they also do lash extensions .I love the ambiance, they have videos of tropical paradises playing, soothing music, lovely floor to ceiling windows with filmy drapes that let the light in. Everything is top notch. Awesome massage chairs. Iris was awesome. Can't wait to go back.
