One of the kids ended up waiting for over a hour with cold water while other employees attended to other people who had came after her. I ended up painting my own nails, as well as my daughter's nails and toes because the wait was far too long and my older daughters were still waiting, they charged us for add ons and didn't disclose pricing prior to the service or tell us that they were using extra product. We were left without service with feet soaking in ice cold water for over an hour prior to service beginning. After speaking to the receptionist about my concern of being there for over three hours, she let me know that she had been there since 7am (she works there). Worst experience at a nail salon in my entire life 10 out of 10 would not recommend go somewhere else don't waste your time!
