I asked for a "lived-in blonde" look--maybe a root smudge and some lowlights to blend my root. I even showed inspiration photos and made it clear that I already loved my blonde tone. When she washed out my hair, I was shocked to see that I had gone from platinum blonde to brunette. While the color itself isn't terrible, it was not at all what I asked for, and now I'll have to spend months trying to get back to blonde in order to achieve the look I originally wanted. After expressing my disappointment (and crying), the stylist added some highlights to bring back more blonde. At that point, I chose not to push further out of fear of damaging my hair. Despite the mistake, I was still charged for all the products and services, including the highlights that were meant to fix it. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this salon based on my experience.
