Being an overwhelmed mom who totally flaked on getting the catering for her son's baptism I had plenty to cry about. I own a business, and balancing it all- family, work, etc. can seem impossible. Kristen answered my call at 7pm on Tuesday. I apologized for being mid-mental breakdown and for the screaming baby. She actually made him stop crying! After 5 minutes with talking to Kristen, it was clear that she gives her work and her customers her all. I'm so glad my random Google search led me to this business. Fast forward- I couldn't say better things about this business. You can tell everyone puts their heart and soul into every phone call, every order, every item of food. It's so refreshing that there are other businesses that have the same desire for perfection and customer service. Thanks again Kristen and team for saving the day!

It was pretty busy (11 am on a Sunday), we probably waited for 15 minutes so not bad! Only negative note I have is the table behind us was sat and then forgotten about for quite some time.

Everyone was always smiling and so happy to help when you asked them a question." I agree whole heartedly with that. I know I was the bride but I constantly had staff asking if I needed anything, as did our parents, as did guests throughout the night and they were sure to tell me that afterwards. I had even personally asked most guests if they noticed anything went wrong that I hadn't seen because during the day you're just so blind to anything and everything and they've all said it's one of the best weddings they've ever attended. We also loved that they were so organized. As a type A planner they're so on top of timing and making sure everything transitions as smoothly as possible, I never had to worry about anything besides having a good time. We chose BWV because we live in Florida and loved how everything needed was chosen by different tier packages they offer. Within that there's a few different vendors for flowers, dessert, photography ect that you can choose from. That just made it so much easier to do everything virtually. You do get a day of planner and that was just enough to keep my decor on track, and to ask any questions throughout the planning process. With that, I didn't ever consider hiring a personal planner because communication was great and other than that I could handle the rest on my own. My husband and I will forever be thankful we were able to have the best day and I'm sure we'll be talking about it for years to come!

An absolute blessing to have Avery and Michelle. The tag team dream team, what an amazing coordinator and perfect attended. They helped make this day perfect, it was the smoothest day. From making every detail of the decor design set up perfect and also they packed the car with all our decor after the wedding. And making sure we were well hydrated. They amake their own BBQ sauces which as fresh and flavorful. Staff is prompt and friendly. If they are at a community event there will be a line for their food, but it is so worth the wait. I believe they are only at certain events around the Monadnock Region, follow their social media to know when they are open. Highly recommend checking them. You will not be disappointed.

We ordered the nachos to share, which were fresh and light - perfect appetizer. The nachos were made wrong 2x by the kitchen, so it took quite a while to come out - which didn't bother us too much - but the manager/owner came over to apologize and comped the nachos, which was very nice of him! I got the steak tips, broccoli and mac and cheese. All were very good, I rarely order steak at restaurants because I am picky with steak, but the steak tips were the best part of the meal. Tender and flavorful. We went on a friday night, the live music was a nice touch but I will say the music is EXTREMELY loud - like almost unbareable unfortunately. I wanted to tell the manager before we left that maybe it can be turned down a notch or five... We will be back again and I can't wait to try their martini flight!

But Matt and his family are unprofessional…read more Firstly, and most importantly, Matt is terrible at communication which makes it extremely frustrating and stressful to plan a wedding. He is impossible to get a hold of to answer questions (after you put your deposit down). He is a big talker when you first meet him but he is just a used car salesman who treats you like he has no time for you the minute he gets your deposit. Secondly, the night of the wedding, his two boys were running around my wedding eating my dessert table. And this was early in the night too, (not leftovers). Matt was also drunk by the end of the night. It was basically a big party for them. Another thing, which is least important, he did not set up the tent and furniture until the morning of my wedding. So I could not see where he was putting things to change them. He also said he was going to put stuff out and then didn't. You can pay extra to use his furniture collection but he doesn't pay attention to what you want from it. It's honestly junk too. Lastly, there is only a porta-potty. There are no actual bathrooms for your guests. If you look at the Venue in the winter he will hide that fact so just be careful because renting bathrooms is expensive.

We have traveled all over and eat out quite a bit (too often), and this place has the best staff we have had the pleasure of dining with. We were greeted by Diane, and Patti was our server. Both were attentive, friendly, and helpful. Diane, the hostess, greeted us with the biggest smile and was so welcoming. She walked us to our seats and even offered to move our table so we could have the best view. We closed the place down, and we decided last minute to get a gift card for friends we knew would love the experience. She restarted the POS system to do this for us, even though it was late, she could have asked us to come back another day. Patti was so helpful with food and drink selections. She checked on us often but was not intrusive. Even the younger staff moving tables at the end of the night smiled a lot and made conversation with us. There was an acoustic guitarist playing in the background at just the perfect volume. It enhanced the experience. Some places we've been the music has been obnoxiously loud. Clearly their focus is on top-notch service and they seem to enjoy working together. We were so impressed and look forward to going back.
