What can I say. This flower shop has not disappointed me yet…read more My most recent experience was wonderful. An unexpected special day arrived and called for flowers. I call while they were closed for a holiday weekend. Left a message through the email. Matt responded pretty dang quick. When opened the next business day, the flowers were ordered and delivered by 1010am. The professionalism, quick response even though on holiday, a delivery during a busy morning. I happened to observe the delivery. Now what more can you ask for from a local establishment and a professional one? Thank you Matt and everyone who made it possible. From what I observed, the flowers looked plentiful and colorful. Thanks again Mr. B

Mathew was extremely helpful and kind and assured me that I would be very happy with my choice. The color scheme was completely off- it was supposed to be Autumn Extravaganza but we got Dr. Seuss Christmas. The design and style of the arrangement looked like an amateur made it. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Did not offer any apology or compensation, only argued on the phone.

I will never understand why some small-business owners turn away easy local business and then…read morewonder why they eventually have to close their doors. At approximately 12:30 p.m., I called McClelland's Florist to place a $175 flower order, plus tax, for delivery to Holyoke--only about two miles away and roughly eight minutes from the shop. The owner answered and sounded irritated from the start. After asking for the street and city, she dismissively said, "We already went to Holyoke today." What bothered me most was that she made no effort to offer another solution--not delivery the next day, not an alternative arrangement, and not any attempt to keep the sale. She simply made it clear that my business was an inconvenience. As a small-business owner myself, I understand that every request cannot always be accommodated. However, there is no excuse for treating a potential customer this way, especially over a short local delivery and a substantial order. Small interactions like this add up. When businesses eventually close their doors, customers remember exactly why they stopped supporting them. McClelland's Florist has lost my business, my recommendations, and the support of another local business owner

In addition to the flowers being beautiful and the packages being reasonable, we were really impressed by how kind, and flexible Ahrayah was. In the end, we unfortunately had to cancel our wedding due to the pandemic, and she was so incredibly helpful and understanding. I wish we'd had the chance to actually go through with the flowers we had picked out, but if we lived in the area, Willow and Moss would be my go-to florist for every occasion. Strongly recommend!

When I called and left a hasty voice mail after not being able to speak with a live person about my issue, I was called back by an older woman and chastised for speaking too quickly in the voicemail. The woman made a point to lecture me on it instead of asking how she could help me when she returned my call. She spoke to me like I was a child and not an adult customer. She showed very little concern over my actual issue of where and why my flower delivery was unaccounted for. I've never experienced this before, anywhere, and I've worked in the customer service field for 20 years. The quality of their floral work is high, but I will not be giving them any future business, as other florists in the area behave much more professionally and I don't need the added drama of a business who doesn't understand how to keep customers from feeling like a burden.
