I wish I could give more stars. They use a skin care line I love so that's a big plus However the room is not welcoming, they don't have the right equipment for comfort ( pillows sheets). The air was really bad you can't breathe very well. Lighting bad. But worst of all the esthetician kept going in and out of the room the entire time Most of the facial I was alone. She would put a cream or some tingly stuff and leave for 35 minutes This is totally unacceptable especially what if I had a reaction.
