My massage therapist gave me different options as far as the type of massage. I stated as long as it's not a deep tissue massage. I had that once & for three days - I was in so much pain that it felt like I'd been in a car accident. So, knowing that he chose a shiatsu massage. I'm not the "relaxation massage" type of guy and usually opt for deep tissue or therapeutic sports massage. I've found some LMT's to apply too little or too much pressure, ruining the whole experience.
