The dryers work ok except for the ones that are out of service or don't get hot when you pay for hot. But the male employee with the baseball cap that works there was very rude. He wants you to walk single file at a snail pace, I'm an adult and know what speed I need to walk around at. If he wanted to say something to me personally he could have, instead he decided to make a loud outburst and get everyone's attention. He got his little spark of attention and walked away, but this will be the last time I come to this establishment and spend my money. The bathrooms are clean and always stocked. (and the one time they were not I let the staff know and she was RIGHT on it and thanked me rather than acting like it was an inconvenience) Plenty of carts (small and large) tables, stools at tables, seats. Well lit with flat screens on both walls and free wifi! They even have an automatic button on the doors with a ramp and crosswalk going to the parking lot! There is cameras covering the entire place. We bring my 4 year old with us to do our laundry and the absolute best thing about clean right is the KIDS ZONE! He has space he can be without being in the way and it makes it fun for him to come with us and less like a chore. They have a fun rug, flex seating, a table with chairs, books and a TV with cartoons and fun paintings on the walls! You can see the kids zone from multiple folding tables so he is able to stay seated there while we fold but we still have eyes on him at all times. There was fun decorations featuring a large Grinch for Christmas that my son also enjoyed. They have vending for laundry supplies and well as snacks that take cards, coins or bills. They have options for payments, an app to use to do all cashless, an ATM and a coin machine. You can even add cash to the app using the coin machine. We use the app and have zero issues, it even sends you notifications when your cycle is almost done. They also offer pick up or drop off laundry services as well. The staff is always friendly and here to help if you have an issue or questions, plus they will press the door button if they see you headed to it with your hands full. Affordable prices as well, a little more than other places close but for all the other things mentioned it's well worth the few extra dollars we spend each week. All around BEST LAUNDRY MAT IN GAINESVILLE and I and SOOO glad we found this place. It makes our unwelcome task of laundry outside the home a little more peaceful!! I've been trying for 2 days to speak with someone at the Conyers best laundry in Conyers Georgia…read moreand each time all I get is the robot lady and the first time I ever heard it I thought it really was a person until it would not answer my questions and would talk over me and I could try to interrupt it and it would not be interrupted. Anyway I was in a very bad wreck and I have several disabilities and I wanted to ask some questions about the facility itself and speak with someone who's actually in there not someone from an office at another location or from some robot voice that's been programmed to say certain things. I really wanted to speak with someone especially after all the wonderful reviews that I have read . I still have yet to hear back from anyone but each time that I called I was assured that someone would be getting in touch with me . Three times yesterday and three times today . I would call back after 3 hours of not getting a call back I would try them again . My last call was actually more like a regular voicemail rather than the robot lady . But I still have not received a call back . And I really needed to do some laundry since my washing machine is having issues and I do have disabilities from a really bad wreck and Connor's best laundry is just around the corner from me so it's very close by I know there's a lot of parking even though there's not a lot right in front of it but still it's better than traveling someplace else and ending up in a place that it's not very clean or not very good or not very updated. And everything I've read about this facility sounds wonderful. Except for the fact I can't get anybody to answer the phone and I can't get anybody to return my phone calls . And again like I said earlier in another review please overlook spelling and capitalization and punctuation because it's not letting me correct them very easily at all and my hands don't do that well anyway but I do know how to spell and I know how to capitalize and I know how to punctuate but between this thing and my stupid phone with the wonderful updates that make all your settings go away I can't seem to win for losing you know what I mean .?
