At my last appointment she froze a suspicious spot off my forehead that I hadn't even noticed. A growth on the top of my head that had previously been frozen several times had not gone away. A biopsy of that was taken at the appointment. My doctor's assistant is super nice. After I told her that I needed to rent a room there she laughed & reminded me to send pictures over the Patient Portal if I noticed any suspicious spot. If Dr. Molly then thought the spot needed checked, she would schedule me for a spot check. Well....I'll be seeing them sooner rather than later. This week I received a call indicating the growth on the top of my head was Squamous Cell Carcinoma. The procedure will be different from the surgery done on my hand. An ED&C procedure was scheduled. I'm afraid to go out in the sun at all now. Pariser, Dr. Molly Smith and her assistant are the very best. I'm so happy to have them monitoring my problems.

Looks like she was trying to do an in and out , meanwhile I've never seen a dermatologist and I told her I couldnt wait to see one to finally deal with the problems I've been having. I received 2 reminder text messages about my appointment. Both times they gave me details as to what I needed to bring in with me to the appointment. My appointment was at 10:50am. I got there roughly around 10:15ish and was seen by the lovely Dr. Ferguson and her awesome assistant. They went through the procedure step by step and was extremely patient with me. When it was all said and done she gave me details on what would happen next to the blood vessel or mole and what steps of aftercare I needed to take. She proceeded to give me some ice tea and mints. I am booked in again for next month for a check up and I am looking forward to it. I'm not someone who goes to the doctors often and (I feel awful for saying it and I am so so sorry) I really don't like going. But everyone of those staff members where easy going, polite and happy to see me. Thank you!

This was while doing the scan, and her saying everything is cosmetic and that nothing is covered by insurance, I said well that's kind of crap if it's ruining my life. She states that it can't be ruining your life like skin cancer would, "my friend died of skin cancel. I take that very seriously." I said, well I'm not your friend. My mom died of Neuro endocrine cancer. Which has no relevance in this conversation. She refused to acknowledge that I even suggested to stop or slow down the exam. She didn't even believe me about rosacea, until I showed her pictures of what actually happens. If you want to feel like a valued patient this isn't the place to go. There is zero reason to act rude when someone is naked for an entire body exam. Especially, when I explained that I am neurodivergent and need a second because she I was coming off as extremely rushed and doesn't actually care- it's not cancer so I guess you're fine.

I just went for my second appointment and still no issues. I really like that they have photos showing their work so the customers can see their portfolio and see the results of other ppl who came to them. The laser part sucks but if you're getting a tattoo lasered off your skin it's not going to feel nice (can't be helped tbf), but they are quick and gentle.

They said they "had no record" of my cancellation on August 7th and claimed that they "pulled phone records" (despite my telling them that my number is unregistered and comes up as 'unknown'). I asked to speak with someone higher up and the girl told me that she was it. Now I'm having to go through my bank to dispute this charge. I would NOT recommend using them. Their billing practices (per the BBB) are 'sketchy' and they are not accredited. AND their customer service SUCKS.

Who knew a Dr (PA actually) won't answer questions unless you schedule an appointment for consult?? Ok-so $100 later (and VERY few minutes!!) , I get a call from the compound pharmacy requesting a fee ($65) to make the numbing cream but a trip SEVERAL hours later to CVS where they DONT have my prescription-I had to place a call to the office to find out why my scrip isn't there almost three hours later. I'm told by this office they are still seeing patients and I need to potentially wait 24 hours or more to get my medically necessary prescription?!?!!! WHAT?? So a compound/custom pharmacy gets the scrip for an elected procedure within minutes but the medically necessary scrip ....i need to wait until they've had time?? Everything about this appointment was just bad policy. Except the medically necessary appointment and scrip needs-I did get seen for that. Hopefully in the next few days I can actually pick up my scrip!! Looking for a dermatologist-anyone have a good one??

I am so glad I found a Dr that I trust with my face. My first appointment was last month, check in was a breeze, staff is friendly and they have Covid procedures in place. I had another follow up appointment today, Dr Mc Daniel and Ashley were just as great!!! The entire office is exceptionally clean including the bathroom. I was placed in a large consultation/treatment room where there was a giant air purifier which was nice. Ashley was great, she was his assistant and was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I felt comfortable and confident in their care which is difficult to find around here in my experience. I have another appointment scheduled with them and will definitely recommend Dr McDaniel and his staff to anyone who needs any type of facial treatment.

Ive mostly seen different people when coming in, but sometimes ive had the same girl doing my laser hair removal - some are better than others. Ive been to a few different places for laser hair removal with wildly different results. The machines at this place actually do work. Most of the hair on my lower legs and underarms are gone now. I use to get that 5 o'clock shadow on my underarms and would shave it morning and night, but now I only shave if im coming for an appointment or if months have gone by bc theres not much hair leftover. My Brazilian is another story. When it was called LightRx, they wouldnt laser the area that shows if youre wearing a bikini, which is part of the point of getting a Brazilian, so you dont have hair showing. They also were not thorough at all. I do have some areas that are smooth down there now, but the main reasons that I wanted the Brazilian werent really hit and I complained about it many times. I only had 1 session left of my package since they changed their name and that session was actually the best one out of every session ive ever had at this location. I dont know if its just bc of the technician or if they've changed how they do things. I finally felt like they took their time and did the whole thing right, for the most part. The Brazilian still could have been slightly more thorough, but I didnt complain bc she did way better than anyone else had and also bc it was super spicy and I dont think I could have handled more that trip lol. I got the lifetime package so any extra sessions that ill need to finish off the area are heavily discounted. I will be back to continue the Brazilian.

Someone then came out, handed me a laptop to complete the intake forms, and told another staff member that I was in the lobby. I heard the other staff member respond, "Okay," but after finishing the paperwork, I continued waiting for another 15 minutes. After waiting a total of 30 minutes past my appointment time without anyone coming to take me back or even updating me on the delay, I decided to leave without being seen. I understand that offices can run behind, but a simple acknowledgment or communication would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing first impression. Looking back, I wish I had read the reviews beforehand, as my experience was similar to what others have described. I hope the clinic improves its communication and respect for patients' time.
