Thanks to Rachelle I actually look like myself again and have my confidence back. She did a great service for a disabled veteran! I have read some of the negative reviews some claim these are permanent, and I sure as hell hope they are because I love them. Up close it actually looks like actual hair, she actually puts thought into placement making the ink flow with the natural growth of your eyebrows. She works very neatly and has a very friendly, bubbly personality, aside from doing excellent work; she is very personable. As for credibility, I am actually a beauty professional, (I've been licensed since 2010) and as cosmetologist I know what I'm talking about, Rachelle is excellent.

So amazing to see how much the business has grown from being only about 3 chairs to extending the walls to the business now offering more services. The business owner Laxmi is amazing and she deserves it all and more!!! Ruby is also very talented and amazing!! The quality of their eyebrow threading is always consistent, and they take the time to make sure my brows look perfect every time. What keeps me coming back, though, is not just their skill but also their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for their clients. All the staff are always friendly, attentive, and makes every visit a pleasant experience. It's rare to find a business that combines such excellent customer service with such high-quality work. After 9 years of going through different eyebrow phases they have seen and supported me through it all! LOL but I still wouldn't trust anyone else with my eyebrows. Thank you for always making me feel valued and taking such great care of me ALWAYSSSSSSS! Love, love, LOVE this place!!! Highly recommend! 100000000/10 service

Once the lady sat down the owner came up to the lady told her she would help her after she finished with the mom and daughter . She didn't acknowledge me completely ignored me . I spoke up and said "I've been waiting for a while what about me ?!" Something between these lines . She said you don't have appointment they go first . I told her they wrote their names down. Mind you she was available prior and took a bald gentleman after looking at the list . I was okay maybe his eating in his car and came back. Clearly she was avoiding me and making me wait on purpose. They've meet my daughter since she was just a few months old . I don't expect to be remembered as a customer. However not the first time I've brought my daughter.( she's 2 now and was sleeping) in the last 5 or so years coming here I've never felt blatantly ignored by these ladies. I looked into eyelash extensions, but stumped upon lash lift, and found Tori in Yelp! The process is a little long, about an hour. She takes cash only. There's a convenience store a block away from her that has an ATM if you forget cash! Be sure to get directions for when you arrive. It's a bit tricky to find her place. She says the lash could stay curled for up to 12 weeks depending on what you do to them. Mine only looked good for a month max. The second month, most lashes straightened out, while a few stayed curled. By the end of the second month, all my lashes were straight again. I don't wear much makeup (only eyeliner) on a day-to-day basis. I wear mascara only on special occasions, which was 3 times during the those two months. I never wear fake eyelashes. I'm not sure why mine didn't last as long, but it was nice while it lasted. It's a little expensive for my lashes to look good for only a month. I see why people do it if they curl their eyelashes everyday. It definitely saves a lot of time. It was definitely nice to have, and I might do it again for another special occasion.
