For me there was so much uncertainty surrounding my work life due to the pandemic, it spiraled me into a bad place of panic and anxiety. Enter Megan and fruition coaching. After our first chat she taught me a powerful tri-ad that truly works in any situation (personal and professional). I was focusing on the "what ifs" of life which I didn't have the answers to. Megan coached me into focusing on "what's good" and it changed everything. I've always believed we're all lifelong learners and I'm constantly working to change the way my brain asks itself questions to focus on what's good. Sometimes the itch shows up as frustration with our micromanaging boss. No matter where they come from, I help women bridge the gap between the dreams in the mind and the results they are creating in the world. How? Through mindfulness. I follow a philosophy that our thoughts influence the way we feel. The way we feel then influences the way we show up. The way we show up (action we are or not taking) influences the results we get. Voila! As your coach, I listen for both your desired results, thoughts about them and your feelings along the way. Together, we work to loving look at and clear up subconscious limiting beliefs that are no longer serving you, upgrade your energy, refresh your habits and create new desired results. This is about having your own back, trusting the desires placed on your heart and building the resiliency to bounce back from life's challenges, surprises and detours. Ready for new results?
