I took my daughter in for a bad cold and Dr. London prescribed her a round of antibiotics. I'm generally cautious with any medication, so I asked what I thought was an innocent question, "so you think this is bacterial as opposed to a virus?" Instead of answering my question, Dr. London asked me where I went to medical school. I was completely taken aback and unprepared for her condescending attitude. I've had plenty of socially inept and egotistical doctors over the years, but Dr. London took the cake. Anyway, if you go see Dr. London, don't presume to question the great Doctor. My daughter has been getting speech therapy twice a week since February 2020. Unfortunately due to COVID there was a break, but everyone was very informative and kept an open line of communication. Well my best experiences have been with my daughters therapist Leigh Ann. If only we could clone her to be in every medical facility serving children in need. The love and care she provides her patients is above and beyond. She deserves recognition for the wonderful service she provides. A true angel and rockstar. I love this place When my first was born, we went to the…read morepediatric office in Greenville near the hospital where she was born. We didn't care for it, but went for two years. Then my daughter got her first ear infection and it was HORRIBLE. She was in a lot of pain and i was worried for the integrity of her ear and the fact that she was in so much pain. I called the office and they said they wouldn't see her for FOUR DAYS! I knew that was unacceptable. I called rockwall pediatrics and they got her in that day. Luckily, too, because the doctor had told me her infection was awful and was cause for definite concern. They got her antibiotics and she ended up having several more ear infections within the next 6 or 7 months, which prompted them to get her in to see an ENT so she could get tubes in her ears. I have never looked back. I now have an infant and she goes to rockwall pediatrics too. My oldest first saw Deanna, but now sees Dr. Pflieger since i met him when he became my infants doctor. We liked Deanna, but we love Dr. Pflieger! He is so nice and sweet and informative and not judgemental at all. I also love his nurse Erica. She is so nice and personable. She loves our baby and always makes it a point to come see her when we come in, even if we aren't there for the baby or she's working with a different provider that day. I love her. The reception desk can be annoying dealing with sometimes because they almost always put you on hold for quite a while, which wouldn't be a big deal, but sometimes when I'm at the office, i hear them put someone on hold and then finish a personal conversation with a coworker before going back to the call. However, i love this office and have no reason to go looking anywhere else. I'd recommend this office to anyone looking for great care for their child.

My baby was crying any time she was awake and regularly went more than a week without a bowel movement. Every time I brought up these concerns, Dr. Quach dismissed them. She told us not to "let the baby run the house," implied we were just anxious first-time parents, and assured us that eight days without pooping was normal for a breastfed baby. What we needed were medical opinions, not mom opinions. We trusted our instincts, switched pediatricians, and within 15 minutes our new doctor diagnosed our daughter with a dairy allergy caused by proteins in my breast milk. After I cut out dairy, she became an entirely different baby within a week--comfortable, happy, and no longer in constant distress. I will always wonder how different my daughter's first months (and my entire maternity leave) might have been if our concerns had been taken seriously. Dr. Quach repeatedly ignored the signs and dismissed both me and my husband simply because we were first-time parents. Our baby was unnecessarily miserable for far too long because of that. Trust your gut. This provider was far too quick to brush off legitimate concerns, and it had real consequences for our family.
