Dr. Pflieger and his office staff have been wonderful and so accommodating with my kids. We have been able to get same day sick visits. They have an online portal that makes it really simple to message the office with questions and get answers the same day. The dr takes him time to address and answer all my mom concerns. The office is clean and one of my favorite things about their location tis the separate waiting room for sick kids and well//non-sick visits. I'm just happy that my kids are in good hands with Dr Pflieger. read more

I love this place When my first was born, we went to the pediatric office in Greenville near the hospital where she was born. We didn't care for it, but went for two years. Then my daughter got her first ear infection and it was HORRIBLE. She was in a lot of pain and i was worried for the integrity of her ear and the fact that she was in so much pain. I called the office and they said they wouldn't see her for FOUR DAYS! I knew that was unacceptable. I called rockwall pediatrics and they got her in that day. Luckily, too, because the doctor had told me her infection was awful and was cause for definite concern. They got her antibiotics and she ended up having several more ear infections within the next 6 or 7 months, which prompted them to get her in to see an ENT so she could get tubes in her ears. I have never looked back. I now have an infant and she goes to rockwall pediatrics too. My oldest first saw Deanna, but now sees Dr. Pflieger since i met him when he became my infants doctor. We liked Deanna, but we love Dr. Pflieger! He is so nice and sweet and informative and not judgemental at all. I also love his nurse Erica. She is so nice and personable. She loves our baby and always makes it a point to come see her when we come in, even if we aren't there for the baby or she's working with a different provider that day. I love her. The reception desk can be annoying dealing with sometimes because they almost always put you on hold for quite a while, which wouldn't be a big deal, but sometimes when I'm at the office, i hear them put someone on hold and then finish a personal conversation with a coworker before going back to the call. However, i love this office and have no reason to go looking anywhere else. I'd recommend this office to anyone looking for great care for their child. read more

Dr. Deane is really great. On my first visit she was able to listen to my son's symptoms and checked him out in a timely manner. She answered all of my questions. I cannot believe how quick I was taken care of we were probably in and out within 20 mins. I love this place will definitely make this place my #1 pediatrician for my four children. read more

Very pleased with Rockwall pediatrics. I first brought my daughter in for her two week check up and I have had no need to change. My daughter is 5 years old now. Dr. Pfliger is very professional, sweet and explains things easily to understand. I love that I can always get a same day appointment when she is sick. I never spend more than an hour at the office and prescriptions are sent directly to our pharmacy. They also have another office in Forney and the staff there is just as wonderful. read more

Dr. Pfleiger is by far the best pediatric physician around. Having sent all three of my children to him over the past 10 years, I can honestly say I have NEVER needed to consider going elsewhere. With my children, Dr. Pfleiger has never once missed a diagnosis, and he has always treated their illnesses appropriately and aggressively when needed. I'm so disappointed in this place. The doctor is really great. It's the front desk staff that is the problem. They rarely answer the phone and do not return messages. It sucks when you dread calling your child's doctor because you know it's going to take all day to get through to someone. read more

How unfortunate that my son somehow ended up on an allergy list. He has never had allergies but is always prescribed that medicine when he is sick. Considering I almost always get sick with him. Sad and extremely irritating considering he is progressively getting worse. I am again very disappointed. Trying to create patients for more income. Smh. read more

After using Dr. Kreisler, who we never met, but met his PA, we found Rockwall Pediatrics. Dr. Chinn is wonderful with our pre-term daughter. She took time to answer all our questions, held our daughter and was very personable. She will be our pediatrician. She acts like she really cares. read more

We went to Rockwall Pediatrics yesterday for the first time with my newborn Granddaughter and it was the filthiest place I have ever been in. I was shocked and amazed that ANY DOCTOR'S office would allow their offices to look so dirty and run down. The handles were hanging off of the drawers and cabinets and there was dried milk running down the front of the cabinets and "Brown" stains smeared on the walls...very ghetto and filthy. I will say that we were promptly put into a room upon our arrival since we had a newborn but I was as scared of my grandbaby catching something in the office as I was in the waiting room. We will not be going back there. If the office is that dirty...imagine how the parts are that we can't see. read more

The Rockwall location has always been a good experience. The last year I have been going to their location in Forney and it is the complete opposite. When you walk in it is already a depressing atmosphere. No toys for kids, the receptionist wont bother putting a movie on, and there is hardly any room for more than two families. I feel like they are not even the same pediactrics. Dr. Pflieger is great, the nurse practitioners are amazing. Dr. Han seems fake and will spend the least amount of time possible with you and of course she is at Forney. read more

Horrible! Although Dr. Pflieger is nice enough, his urgency to push ADHD medication on EVERYONE worries me. Most of the doctors we have seen are friendly, however, the staff is incompetent, rude, unorganized and unaccommodating. They cannot even return phone calls or emails. Just imagine what their medical record keeping skills are like. They are too large of an operation to provide professional and personal service. read more

This place is terrible!!! I started calling at 8 am for a sick visit for my 4 month old. Finally got a call after 4 voicemails left at 2:30 which I was advised they no longer had any openings. So I asked if they could schedule her and appointment for the next day. The girl who answers the phone told me I would have to call back in the morning and try again. REALLY!!! My child is sick. You can't schedule an appointment do you not have schedules. So now I get to start calling at 8 again and hope they call me back before three o'clock so they can tell me that have no appointments this place is ridiculous obviously not that concerned about patient care. I love the doctors at this place but they should seriously think about restaffing. They are rude,and unconcerned I am a nurse myself and know that patient care is #1. I would definatley not recommend this place to anyone. I will drive to Denver before I take mu child back there. These poor doctors are going to get a bad name because of poor staffing. read more

The front desk has always been rude since I was been going here my son missed a couple of a appointments and was dismissed as patient which is fine. But when asked questions about the office policies which if you missed more than 3 appointments you will be dismissed within in a year. I asked does that start over after a year. office manager said if i didn't like the policy I should go somewhere else, I said that's not what im asking Im not understanding if is starts over or not, then told me I should go somewhere where I do understand, I asked who was the person who was in charge of her could I speak to them she said she is in charge and she transferred me to her voice mail. RUDE The only reason why came is because of the possible heart issue my son possibly could of had, they accept my insurance and its the closest to my house. The Staff is HORRIBLE the only good people are the receptionist at the Rockwall office and Mrs. Crystal NP. Dr Pflieger despite 6 calls most of which being VERY patient and VERY understanding didn't send in my 6 year old's ADHD medication for OVER 24 hours. When I called upset and spoke to the office manager Stacy all she said was that "calling the office repetitively upset wasn't going to make them approve it any faster." My sons appointment was Monday 10/30/2017 at 8:45 am, his prescription was not sent to the pharmacy until Tuesday 10/31/2017 at 2:30 pm. Absolutely ridiculous! Its almost like they only want to get kids in and out so for the money! I will NEVER be taking my child(ren) back to see Dr. Pfliger again! I originally thought that he was amazing because he actually played with my son and made him feel comfortable but your bedside manner only gets you so far when your staff is rude, disrespectful and has no since of making the children a priority! Update your staff to people who ENJOY being there and ENJOY kids or else you wont get very far! read more

We have been going to Rockwall pediatrics for over a year now. Every time we leave I swear I'm never taking my son their again. I took him in for cronic constipation and they gave me nothing and told me it was "normal". Fast forward two weeks and he is crying and screaming from having to go and bleeding from his bottom. But yet nothing is wrong? I called my former pediatric office were they gave me a lot of options for at home care and were compassionate and understanding. Something this office lacks. Unless you have no other option I would never recommend taking your child to be seen there. I could go on and on with stories of things that have happened. But I will tell you they have no toys in the exam rooms, or books or tv. Nothing for a child to play with while they wait. And even though they have an urgent care you have to make an appointment to be seen. You have better luck at the hospital. read more
