My local car wash has been closed forever so I'm always on the lookout for a good replacement. I drove by this place and decided to check it out. The prices are comparable to other car washes. I got one of the higher end cleanings. They gave me a free air freshener. I havent ever been offered anything like that at a car wash. I don't use air fresheners but I thought it was a thoughtful and nice touch. The wash was great and what was expected. I didn't have time to try out the vaccums so I'll have to go back to see if they are good. There seemed to be a lot of them. read more

luv car wash has the worst customer service ever. you can never get someone to answer their customer service phone number. you can never get help at the location. they scratched my truck in the tunnel. the manager basically called me a liar and refused to take a report. i haven't heard from luv car wash in regard to fixing the damage caused by their facility. read more

I drive a tiny Fiat 500. I'd heard this was a first class operation so drove across the city early on a Sunday to have my car cleaned ($45!) There was some caked dirt under the passenger door. I pointed this out BEFORE and AFTER the car went through the automated wash. Sure enough, it was still there when the car came through and I was called to pick it up. I came back a week later and paid the same price for a wash and interior clean. I even gave the young woman $5 and pointed to the spot which was about 6 inches across. She nodded and took a plastic spray bottle and squirted the streaked dirt! Needless, it's still there! This is not a language barrier issue, cultural misunderstanding or the new management. I know this is a place for a quick clean but paying for almost $40 for this is ridiculous. I would've gladly waited for an hour or past that as long as my car is good to go. If you want to come here, get something cheap like a wash and vacuum and not the managers special that I fell for a few minutes ago. It is pretty fast though, I will say but I did not get my money's worth. I went back though and asked for them to fix it and they fixed it. Today I got the "complete detail" which was completely lacking detail. I was in a rush and did not check the work before leaving, but once I got home, I noticed this "detail" job was just the average car wash I typically get for about $20. Bugs still on front bumper, pollen still in cracks, dirt on bottom of doors and door jams still filthy. I'm not typically big on complaining, but today I am taking the time. I would've gone back to have them fix the issues but didn't want to spend the rest of my day off hanging out at the car wash. Overall, this place is good for a quick clean, but save your money on the detail because this was definitely not worth it ($120 plus $25 for upholstery shampooing). Look elsewhere for more competent and professional detailing. Learned that lesson today. read more

A Spanish man stood at the entrance, the one who brushes the front and rear of your car just prior to entering the washer. He asked me if I was Spanish. I said no. He didn't brush off my car. I drove to bay 2. The floor mats were not removed to vacuum. The rear view mirror was not cleaned as was the back window and door jambs. I have been a customer there since 2008. Today I mistakenly knock the entrance gate down with my f250. I apologize, even though the attendant gave me a evil look like I murdered someone. Afterwards, while in line for the washer a supervisor came up behind my vehicle and started taking pictures of my tag. I got out the vehicle to speak with him about the accident and him taking pictures of my tag. He walks away from me. So I got back in my vehicle to proceed to the wash bay. Gave truck to wash attendant and began to look for Supevisor. All of sudden no one knows the supervisor name or the guy that took pictures of my vehicle. Supposedly the guy taking pics was the supervisor and his name is Eric. I was trying to communicate( give them my phone#) with them and apologized for what happened crazy things is they fixed the gate within 5 minutes after I knock it down. Terrible customer service! I am not even mentioning the handgun that was stolen out my vehicle last year while at their carwash. After that I refuse to let any of them in my vehicle.. This is the second time I have brought my car here and the results are the same, quantity over quality. As a customer I would rather you tell me you are busy and it will take longer for service then for my car to be returned unclean. The same issues continue to be prominent: - Managers on both lines are not inspecting the vehicles before the customer is called - At the entrance point the bug spray and brushes are not being used to ensure proper removal - At the detail center ($59.99) -bugs are not being removed from windows -inside windows are smudged or streaked -door jambs are not wiped down -floor mats are replaced wet or not wiped down at all -interior is not wiped down These are just a few issues I had with my car. I will not be back even though I was given a mangers card (Pedro Cardenas) so I could receive a free wash. It's just not worth my time or money. It may take awhile but one day you will see that customers are the reason you have a business. If you're looking for a quick way to flush money down the toilet you could either a) flush money directly down the toilet or b) come to Savannah car wash. I've been here twice now and will never return. My truck looks as if it was never cleaned. Floors/carpet still incredibly dirty (thank you, kids), console still sticky and with visible gunk on it, dash barely wiped, cup holders look untouched, etc. The staff has some serious attitude as well. When I asked them to re-do a couple spots that were very clearly not done they rolled their eyes and half heartedly re-wiped the surface and sent me on my way. Believe it or not, when I spend my hard earned money on getting my car cleaned, I actually expect to leave with it clean. Savannah car wash has not made that happen either time I've used them. Sloppy job on the wash and Express Hand wax. Had to make them do the wax job over after removing tree sap first. Also, on a SUV they do not do the roof but if you ask if they did they lie and say Yes. Then if you confront them they begrudgingly go ahead and do it. It is obvious that Management is no longer doing Quality Control and no one cares anymore. Tip: Watch them very closely on the finish details and call them out on any missed items. I've been taking my car here for years and never had any issues. I had a different experience today, though, and I felt the need to write a review because I think my experience shows how well managed and how friendly everyone there is. Let me begin by saying that accidents happen. It doesn't matter how conscientious a business is run, sometimes things go wrong. Today, at some point during my oil change or car wash, something scratched the rear driver side door of my car. What I was really impressed with was how professionally and quickly they handled the situation. I brought the scratch to their attention and the General Manager, Jimmy Wilson, came quickly to assess the situation. They took responsibility and Mr. Wilson gave me a signed business card promising to touch up the scratch whenever my schedule allows. As many times as I've been there, it was almost inevitable something would happen, and when it did, they rose to the occasion! Very impressed! read more

I've been a member of the wash club for 2 of my cars for a year. For some reason when i go to row #6 to get my vehicle dried, they have scratched the driver side mirror drying it with the air nozzle that has metal end. I don't know if it's being done on purpose, their is no reason to drag a air nozzle along the base of the mirror. read more

Brought my car here for the first time today. I was a bit wary because of some of the less favorable Yelp reviews. But I came for three reasons: 1) my car was filthy, seat and carpet stains; imbedded Cracker Jacks and other candies in the back - if you're a parent you know where I'm coming from. 2) It is Sunday and hardly any other car wash places are open. 3) I've got to take a couple of clients to lunch tomorrow. Good car wash south of Savannah that is not a self-serve It's honestly the only one I could find like it. They have lots of fancy services all the way up to a full detail, but if you pull up to the side that says "members and pass holders only" you can pay for basic washes from $5-9 and skip all the fancy stuff. I was told by the tenant to upgrade my package to the hand wax, which focused more on the interior vacuum than the Deluxe or Ultimate. 45 minutes later my car was ready. I wanted to make you aware of some issues I had after spending over $130 at your business mid July. I have been busy with pre-planning and school, so I have not had an opportunity to reach out. I got the most detailed package and paid extra to have all 4 of my seats shampooed. I was cautious when it didn't take more than 20 minutes to do a complete wash, detail and shampoo, but trusted the process since many friends have had good things to say. There are "dirt lines" where you can see the shampoo just pushed dirt the the end of where they washed and just dirt that they never cared to make sure was shampooed out , there is a weird smell almost every time I have started my car since it was cleaned, and they didn't even wipe off/clean the top of the dash board. I still had dust and a Dutch Island Pass up there when I left, but didn't realize it til I was a few miles down the road. Having my seats shampooed by my dad before (who owns a mounted carpet steam clean machine), I KNOW those marks would come out if they hadn't tried to get by with the one-two pass. Got the detail mid-July, but I am just completely disappointed with the laziness and poor job for the amount of money I spent. read more

So today was my 1st time to get my truck washed and cleaned inside at this place, I was pretty happy with the results I also left a good tip for the employees, on my way home I notice I was missing money I had left in a drawer it wasn't much (it was $1 to be exact).
