There are two large signs with different business names and different prices, plus additional hand written prices closer to the car wash and register. None of it seemed to match what I had seen online. Unfortunately, the customer service didn't help the first impression. The woman working the register wasn't friendly and I tried several times to get her attention because I didn't understand the setup but was ignored. Honestly, if I hadn't already been stuck in line, I would have left. Between the signage, pricing and lack of communication the whole thing felt a little sketchy for a first time customer. That being said, my opinion completely changed when I got my car back. They did an AMAZING job! My car was pretty disgusting going in, and it came back clean inside and out and looking better than it has in months.
