I stopped by LUV caraway in Georgia because Midnight's been so so good to me. She deserved a luxury wash. I have the monthly membership. So I just pull to the gate, waited a second and kept on going. Guess what, I can go to any LUV car wash in any state! Boooyaaah $22.99 a month. Great value. It paid for itself after 2 visits. Midnight's getting the most out of our membership. I noticed that the scrubbers are powerful. They flipped my mirrors backwards. I really thought they were broken. After pulling forward to the vacuums, another male customer explained that they're flexible that way. No need to be worried, it's normal. Just torn them in before I enter the wash. At this location, there's plenty of vacuums available. Both uncovered and conveyed. I like the covered because you can was your car and deep vacuum your baby even if it's sprinkling outside. I really like this location a lot. If you're in Savannah GA off Ogeechee and your ride needs some LUV; stop by this location. Open 8am to 8pm - 7 days a week. read more

I used this car wash my vehicle was damaged due to malfunctioning equipment. The car wash scratched my bumper, and the damage was noticeable immediately after exiting the wash. I brought this to their attention, but they have refused to take responsibility or fix the damage. It's disappointing to see a business ignore an issue caused by their own equipment, especially when this appears to be a known problem. I would not recommend this location unless they address their equipment issues and take accountability for damage caused to customers' vehicles. read more

This is by far the worse car wash. As I was going thru the wash my mercedes emblem came off. They stated that they will not b able to replace it bc my car is more than five years old. They also have a whole list of what they are not responsible for which is pretty much nothing. If anything happens to your vehicle you are on your own. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!!! read more

Great car wash! After my vehicle was sitting out during the storm and rain, it need washing. LUV cleaned it up!

I went to get my car washed and I used the cheapest cost, do to just wanting the dust knocked off. Then as I was vacuuming my car I saw a very caked on something. One of the workers came over and inspected it as well and we found out it was a egg. Some kids throw eggs at cars driving by and one landed on mine. He told me to drive back through the car wash area and that he was going to pressure wash my car first before letting me drive through again at no extra cost. That alone you would think is allot, right? No he didn't stop there. He scrubbed hard and good at it till all was out and cleaned. Now you would think that was amazing right? Nope, he came after the second drive through the wash and made sure it was clean. Now I call that going above and beyond in customer service. He was one of the managers I think. He was so young to be that amazingly great at what he does. He greeted everyone, asked if they needed anything and just smiled and looked as if he was happy to be there in such hot day. All I want to say is please go to this place and let Ryan know how great he is. Ryan if by chance you read this, then you will know you blew me away with your service. This car wash only cleans the exterior with automation. No Hands-On cleaning of any kind. I think you can go over to the vacuums yourself, but there are truly no directions from staff as they are too busy talking amongst themselves to direct customers. Two employees working (barely) and three standing under the tents gabbing away and looking very disinterested. My car still has yellow brush stripes all over it from pollen. Wheels are hit or miss and the front windshield has barely been touched. For $20.00 I will find someplace else and suggest you do the same. Pitiful customer service, and a pitiful car wash that should only cost $5.00 for the result I got from this car wash. read more

Great service and friendly employees. On a hot Fall day the employees seem happy to be working and the interaction was not regrettable. I would love to have the time to detail my cars like I did years ago but this place helps me feel better about my car's cleanliness. You and I come to places like this to prevent getting sweaty cleaning our cars in under 10 minutes for a wash and to get the interior sparkling. I liked that this place had enough people working today to have the service going fast from car to car. Get me in, get me clean and get me out. This review is only for this visit. I frequent this car wash a lot has actually been the only car wash I have used nice I've moved to the area. And yesterday I went as was not satisfied at all. And I can't even say it's because it was busy because I've been there at busier times and still got better service which is why I'm so sad to write this review. But anyways I got the full special and interior. The outside looks amazing but the inside was vacuumed only. Usually I leave and feel very happy. I had to wipe down and dust some areas. One of the younger, male employees made a smart remark to me when I was deciding on whether or not I wanted my interior cleaned for $15. It's a good price, but not for his attitude. He said: "It's a yes or no decision." Good thing I got right with the lord, or I would've folded that little boy like a lawn chair. I opted for the cleaning to see if it was worth the money. This car wash is new and near the Berwick subdivision of Savannah but definitely one the best two car washes in town. I went about 3 times and got the best wash ($20) plus the inside cleaning (+$10). I was a little in shock from the price but it is a great wash. Free vacuums which are really powerful is cool but I like to clean inside myself. Then found that for $40 a month you can get unlimited washes. I haven't been by twice in one day but have been by three times in one week. So that is pretty cool. You pay at the booth/tv then go in and they give you a 'prepass' sticker to put on windshield. It's just a simple, unobtrusive RIFD tag thing. I don't always trust the brushes that they clean your car with before you enter as the water always looks nasty and filled with grime. So I usually pass on that part and yell out my windows, everyone is nice and obliges. Also I worry about from time to time how close they put cars together in car wash. Other than that this is a good place to get a quality wash job! I have a 2014 5.0L Warrior Mustang (50 made and shipped overseas to our great soldiers who serve away from home). Mine was sent to Germany and back! But I wax it a good bit but the job done by the car wash is exceptional. read more

We are new to the area and we came through this car wash to try it out for the first time. My wife being very particular about where her car is washed was skeptical of paying for the subscription service for $55 a month per car seeing that we have multiple very nice cars. We have been using a similar service from another city in Georgia for many years at a much lower cost. My wife tried the car wash and was somewhat pleased, so she then asked the owner if she could apply the amount that she just paid to the monthly fee and start the subscription. She did not leave before she asked, this was not days later, she went in one side came out the other. The owner then told her "no I tried to sell it to you, and you didn't want it". I was on my way to get a my car wash at the same time when I received the call from my wife. Figuring that I that there must be some kind of misunderstanding, I decided that I would go and talk to the owner and see if that we could work it,l out since we do have four vehicles. I was not irate with this guy and I kindly explained the situation and questioned him on his reasoning. He did not like being questioned and told me to F** off buddy hit the top of my car and yelled get off his property. This is horrible business practices business owner must have too much money and does not need to make any more. Since his subscription was $55 a month x 4 that's $220 a month that he has lost out of. The arrogance and inability to try to resolve an issue with a customer is not the way to do business. His subscription is very overpriced, his arrogance and inability to try to resolve a issue with a customer is not the way to do business it is obvious that he truly does not really care about his customers. I would highly recommend NOT going to this place. I couldn't imagine if I had a serious problem, for example safety issues, theft or damage. This guy obviously lacks personal accountability to take care of any problem. Obviously his actions today shows his total lack of respect towards his customers. I do not like conflict and being a past business owner I could never ever imagine acting this way towards a customer, in front of other customers lacking all respect towards my property. Find somewhere else to get your car washed because this guy seems to be a bully and has little to no respect for his customer in my honest opinion. We were not asking for anything unreasonable or free, we just simply wanted a place to do business that we could trust. This was not that place. Note: after reading other customers bad reviews, the owner always answers with the customer being wrong and at fault. He will take your money with a smile but buyer beware. Beware of Elite Car Wash in Savannah GA, they are an unprofessional and dishonest business. I signed up for monthly service with them, no contract. I told them that I was moving in November and to cancel my membership. They continued to charge our bank account monthly since December. I contacted the owner and he stated he would call back the following day to refund the unauthorized charges. He confirmed he could see my last visit was in November and needed some time to figure out how much they owed me. It now has almost been 2 weeks and he hasn't called back, they don't answer their phones, their answering machines doesn't accept messages and they don't respond to messages sent through their website. It's as if their monitoring the calls and that's bad business. They are not committed to providing excellent customer service from beginning to end. Military personnel in the area please take my advice and stay away from this facility. We are always relocating and this business is not honest, they will set you up for a Fast Pass membership and then you are stuck. If you do not resolve the cancellation and allow yourself time to follow up with them prior to your departure they will ignore your calls and request, especially if you already left GA. read more

Hi, I took my vehicle for a car wash on August 14th 2019... On my drive home I noticed a button was missing from the main consul (button that controls air conditioner) and I turned around to speak with someone. Unfortunately, that day it started raining and when I arrived, the car wash was already closed. I called and left messages and no one returned my call. I went in and spoke to someone and he wrote down a message for owner and said owner would call me back. He said, no worries we will take care of this. We have cameras and etc.... Days go by and no return phone call, so I went back and spoke with the same gentleman. He called on the service tech who serviced my car and she remembered it and mentioned possibly the air blower pushed the button off and it was vacuumed. Again, I was told owner would reach out. Again, no phone call. I went by today and the same person told me he had given my message to the owner and wasn't sure why I wasn't called back. He mentioned how the owner comes and goes and I just have to keep coming to catch him - Is he serious? I have to chase down the person to find a resolution. Is he not accountable for his place of business? I am at a loss of words... Any recommendations? I know its just a button, but the button was present the day of the car wash and I would like it replaced, am I wrong? read more
