So I just pull to the gate, waited a second and kept on going. Guess what, I can go to any LUV car wash in any state! Boooyaaah $22.99 a month. Great value. It paid for itself after 2 visits. Midnight's getting the most out of our membership. I noticed that the scrubbers are powerful. They flipped my mirrors backwards. I really thought they were broken. After pulling forward to the vacuums, another male customer explained that they're flexible that way. No need to be worried, it's normal. Just torn them in before I enter the wash. At this location, there's plenty of vacuums available. Both uncovered and conveyed. I like the covered because you can was your car and deep vacuum your baby even if it's sprinkling outside. I had researched them beforehand and knew what service I wanted, but as a first-time customer, the whole arrival was pretty confusing. The entrance is easy to miss, especially with cars parked near the turn in, and I actually had to pass it, make a U-turn and come back. Once there, I still wasn't sure where to go until a gentleman outside pointed me around the side of the Jiffy toward the back. The pricing was also confusing. There are two large signs with different business names and different prices, plus additional hand written prices closer to the car wash and register. None of it seemed to match what I had seen online. Unfortunately, the customer service didn't help the first impression. The woman working the register wasn't friendly and I tried several times to get her attention because I didn't understand the setup but was ignored. Honestly, if I hadn't already been stuck in line, I would have left. Between the signage, pricing and lack of communication the whole thing felt a little sketchy for a first time customer. That being said, my opinion completely changed when I got my car back. They did an AMAZING job! My car was pretty disgusting going in, and it came back clean inside and out and looking better than it has in months. The customer experience and signage could definitely use some improvement but when it comes to actually cleaning your car, they did an excellent job and I would go back.
