This is a wondrous little gem, quiet and romantic just off the main street near the Nauener Tor. They have a nice selection of Reds, Whites, and Rosè. They also offer a small delicious assortment of artisan cheeses and meats. Outdoor seating in the alley around a beautiful young Walnut tree. There is also seating inside. As a surprise there is also a lovely little wine cellar that is very romantic Today we each enjoyed a glass of delicious riesling and a plate of artisan cheeses with baguette and focaccia bread. After I finished my wine, and went for a refill, the Mrs told me about the wine cellar and invited me to look. (See pictures). Truly a wonderful place to enjoy a great glass of wine with family, friends, or someone you newly met! I/we would most certainly come back here again and again.

The first part of menu is in German but the second half is in English. I ended up ordering three hot tapas for my meals. All the food I ordered was good, I especially enjoyed mushroom dish. Seriously, the owners put so much thought into this place. It is beautiful and relaxing. The two owners, husband and wife, greeted us very warmly and offered to walk us through our options. Our German being very poor, the owners offered to translate the menu to help our choice of wine. We settled on a German wine that was recommended by the owner.
